Epilepsy in Sleep ll Night Seizure ll Rolandic Epilepsy

Epilepsy can only be seen in only sleep as well. Rolandic epilepsy is commonest type seen in children between 5 to 12 yrs of age where they have seizure infrequently only during sleep. Frontal lobe epilepsy is another type when seen frequently and multiple per night. EEG is diagnostic. Consult pediatric neurologist for correct identification of epilepsy syndrome.
