I find this quite relaxing my massage therapist plays these.
I feel like I’ve built a tad bit of an immunity to regular bowls.. I find the frequency of Tingsha Bells/Cymbals to be so soothing, but more intense. This is the change I needed! These chimes make my aura, and vibrational energy pulsate much more intensely. Full osho kundalini awakening, where the body shakes and sways. Thank you. 🙏🏼

Does anyone know why this is so soothing - on a "scientific" level? I know I might be asking for too much, but I'm normally EXTREMELY sensitive to sharp. This for some reason is SO calming. I can't stop listening to tingshas now that I discovered it.
On a non scientific level..I think these sounds are what you need at this time!
On a scientific level..certain tones have an active and positive effect on the cellular structure of the body resulting in inner peace and hapiness.
