I suffer with anxiety and was having a anxiety attack turned this on and layed down. The way my anxiety started to crawl out of my heart was insane. The way tears rolled down my face was even crazier. I send everyone love light and peace, it all gets better I promise. Love conquers fear, and you are a powerful being.
My Mom is dying. She has fought her cancer for three years, and now it is time for her to rest. It’s difficult to find peace in a time like this, but here…here I think I’ve found a calm I’ve sorely needed. Thank you.

It takes me to a different place in my mind, just to be present in the moment, not thinking. I play this when I work around the house, just doing and being, not thinking.
