i completely see a bit where the guys are older and are stuck in the end of the day high school student drivers line. Eddy's driving, DD's in the passenger seat and Eds in the back. this song comes on and Eddy goes to change it but Ed stops him then starts singing it. Eddy's reluctant to sing it, but DD joins to humor Ed. By the end of the song all three of them are singing their hearts out while the other kids are looking at them with either surprise, laughter or the "yeah...thats about on point for those three."
Kevin: "Hey. Those Eds arent turning out so bad this time." Jimmy: "its magical!" Rolf: "Rolf is confused. They walked a thousand miles and yet they dont sound tired." Jonny: "Right on! WA-HOO-HOO!"
When i listen this, I get imagine in my head of ending credits of EEnE Camera moving slowely around iconic places of culdesac, we see their old gadgets, Plank leaning against log under shade, all the Ed's looking Culdesac from Hillside while wind calmly blows and then they see other kids joining them, kevin giving fist bumps to eddy, double d talking with rolf and nazz and ed having fun with sarah and jimmy, finally ending all of them to walking back to home with everyone while laughing together~
The quality of these AI covers is just incredible. Might be funny to have Eddie sing something by Eddie Money, perhaps Take Me Home Tonight? I don't mind waiting, I know you get a lot of requests. :)
This is def my fav cover so far from the Ed boys solely due to how melancholic, nostalgic and goofy it sounds while still having the heart that I adore from these lads.
