This looks insanely strong. I truly fancy this build! Very interesting. A spec class with mass increase. I think I may switch from emperor ( I always liked empress a bit more either way). Hey, great video as always. Does it make sense to hold celestial rain for 2-3 seconds (instead send something else) to align with stream of edge as general rule? Or should i send it immediately i have it ready?
@@ThePrytz Thanks, I also see you holding stream here and there, mostly when you use Cull to not overlap the crit rate I assume. Is there any other case when you want to hold the stream (besides having a balance card or WoF ready)?
@@kasmyslav I will only hold stream if I know the boss will move or if I'm close to boundless. Will also use it more strategically when I have balance or three headed snake
I never left stream of edge and just wanted to test evoke in gate 3 once. The evoke build is very fun but I still like the extra swift and higher apm from this build more

Move speed penalty doesnt effect raid captain at all because we have a permanent +30% increase from the blue stackers

I think its best to send it off cooldown because the crit rate is pretty high even without stream
