I just ran across this when I was looking for a video clip of Bruno Mars at age four lol... He's very impressive! Like some other commenters, I'm not a big fan of imitators, but I can tell Riley Jenkins has a lot of talent and potential. If I was able to give him some advice, I would encourage him to do what Drake Milligan (another young musician/actor who started out as an Elvis tribute act) did. He auditioned on American Idol with his own voice. He has since had acting jobs, and although he plays Elvis on a CMT series, I presume that he records, or plans to record, original material with his own voice. If you watch the American Idol clip here on youtube, you'll see that he chose to audition/perform as himself, with his own voice. So if Mr Jenkins wants to pursue a career, I encourage him to do it with his own voice. He may need to find his own voice first, but so do we all!

I am an Elvis fan but personally was never a fan of Elvis imitators. You can not imitate someone as original and as talented as Elvis.
