You're not doing that bad man, don't beat yourself up too much^^, i can relate, im 31 (got the babyface too xD), had the exact same thoughts for a while... you're doing well, you work on other things besides your job, you don't look "unhealthy" as someone said in the comments... sure you can allways improve like going to the gym. It will make you look better and more confident for sure. Life is clearly harder for men and what's frustrating is that society blames everything on us, tells us that all men are thrash, bad and so on... They make everyone think we're treated equaly but that's clearly not the case (so many double standards) and it drives me crazy but we have to accept it the way it is and move on sadly... Keep going, you got this, i know it's hard but keep the faith up ! God Bless ❤
nah he is not doing well and its ok to accept that. if you want to compare you will always do better than someone and is pointless saying oh you are doing good because someone is doing worst i lost 2million dollar this year and that was everything i had. i cried for months, and the best way to get over is accepting your failure + move on
Hey, not to echo the same old sentiments, but things do get a lot better. You're incredibly young, you got your health, you look well put and it seems like you have your spark. Remember, there's no point looking at the past, because you don't exist there. You exist here, and whichever path you're on is what matters. And it sounds like you're on the right path. Don't change course, keep improving one step at a time and leave the rest to life. Also, the fact you're tired, and you're losing battles, ironically makes you a winner. A real loser wouldn't accept as many Ls, so you're actually a winner in the making. Anyway, best wishes, amigo.
all that mood comes from your health bro, you look unhealthy ngl.. try to eat clean first.. avoid junk food like a plaque and start hitting the gym.. and see how you see yourself change in 6 months.. trust me ive been there
one step at a time man always trust the compounding effect and also go to the gym or just workout at home especially calisthenics really important to improve the mood with that dopamine hit🧠
wow you look way younger than your age
