Well, it's also that every chapter has its own values. Triggering a blood angel's latent rage and red thirst would work against them, whereas targeting civilians and noncombatants would likely work on the salamanders. Some chapters can be easily lured into front-on confrontations, such as Black Templars, but rather than giving up their original objective, a Black Templar is more likely to target the likes of Xenos, traitors, or Psykers over other matters as that is simply their chapters' priority. This, Iron within and Pariah Nexus are the quality needed for people to get Warhammer TV, if there were more to watch that is. Hopefully they will start pumping content bit more often 'cause I absolutely love those said mini-series.
Really awesome breakdown! Saw a lot of clips of this, and you really covered it well. Just wish you make our image a lot smaller, unless youtube requires it for some weird reason! But thanks for a great breakdown!
Some chapters see normal humans as either chaf to be thrown into the battle to buy time for that's all they're worth, while the salamanders are more focused on "protecting the little ones so they may grow big and strong"
16:18 Progenoid glands look DELICIOUS! Poor Brutus. He started as a bit of an a$$hole, but I really came around to liking him and his synergy with our boy Sa'Kan. He was duty-bound and did his job as a proper Ultramarine, and a proud son of Guilliman! I'll miss him, I really will.
3:00 I think this skorpek(?) destroyer is the same one Sa'kan fought in Pariah Nexus. This destroyer has a broken neck. In Pariah Nexus Sa'kan "killed" a destroyer by stabbing a chainsword down its neck.
I always enjoy seeing astartes one hand a rifle which's recoil can break the bones of a normal human, you fire it once, your body hurts all over, you fire it twice or more you're dead.
I really, really, really want there to be a Gravis Apothecary / Biologus model now. That would be so cool, and Gravis guys are so cool By the way, that end scene when Brutus throws Sa'kan's hand to the side and giving him the gene-seed is so cool.
As a guy who did his military service I applaud the fight scenes. It's consistent with what I learned. The dialogues are effective, punchy, in line with the lore.. I thought Pariah Nexus had perfect animation (especially in relation to the first episodes of Hammer and Bolter😨). Here GW did better! Thank you Connor.
Happy to see gause flayers, actually shown to work correctly. Not like that gods awful cinematic they released years ago for when the Necrons were getting new models with last edition. Has people surving hits and even kind of glancing off SM armor. Seems they got it down finally. And I like the visual effects for necron phasing in/out.
No. It had one Sister of Battle surviving the hit and was clearly shown to be a miracle/manifestation of faith. I don't remember seeing it glancing off, but if it did, marines have ablative armour.
When they just talk, this is well written & the voice-actors perform very good, reminds me of the "Mass Effect" games. When they took the seeds, that reminded me of "Space King", for whatever reason. This aside, I do believe this should be available on BR to reach more fans, including that show on Amazon Prime. Also, that Salamander by now is kinda famous, he should get his own movie. "Forgiven & forgotten!" 👍🏻 They should do something with an Salamander Dreadnaught protecting children against orcs, I think this could be also funny.
It occurred to me that Illuminator Szeras wanted intact bodies for his experiments, dead or alive. This makes the Deathmark's deployment more sense. The Deathmark's gun is a weaponized off switch for whoever happens to be hit, shutting down the central nervous system, leaving the body intact and eliminating potential disruptors to the Illuminators' experiments. The Deathmark was right in that a Destroyer was better suited to eliminate the survivors but in the grander scheme, Szeres did not want the survivors in pieces but intact for experimentation.
Sometimes i wonder how does the gauss know what to disintegrate. When the gauss beams finally killed off brutus, I expected the pistol to also get eaten away yet it was spared as Brutus simply lets go
Are the bullet of the marines infinite? Always go deep into enemy line, a lot of shooting, didnt see from where the bullet come from, from within the marines bodies?
it would be really cool in space marine 2 dlc or 3 that we could play different missions from each chapter to see what it like diggin the channel by the way
Sadly, I live in Canada, where our federal 'Canadian Content' laws are preventing GW from offering Warhammer+ -- so , no subscriptions, or watching this content, for us.

If Brutus and a one hand Sakan can sneak around the necron tomb like that, i cant imagine a raven guard doing that but ten time as better.

@@Sovietblade5.45 lol it’s been 1 week but I appreciate the sentiment
I like how Sa'Kan kept hanging up the phone on the Necron lord.
I’m so glad he made it out. I love interactions with other space marines.
This, Iron within and Pariah Nexus are the quality needed for people to get Warhammer TV, if there were more to watch that is.
Hopefully they will start pumping content bit more often 'cause I absolutely love those said mini-series.
Hearing them say their chapter motto's to each other gave me chills
I wish we could get more Astertes quality levels of 40k videos. What is GW doing with that amazingly talented person?
Keeping them in their basement

I think this skorpek(?) destroyer is the same one Sa'kan fought in Pariah Nexus.
This destroyer has a broken neck.
In Pariah Nexus Sa'kan "killed" a destroyer by stabbing a chainsword down its neck.
Love it when i stumble upon a vid of Nerdy Donut i haven't watched
I always enjoy seeing astartes one hand a rifle which's recoil can break the bones of a normal human, you fire it once, your body hurts all over, you fire it twice or more you're dead.
I love the Salamders, especially seeing them working with other good-hearted chapters.
I really, really, really want there to be a Gravis Apothecary / Biologus model now. That would be so cool, and Gravis guys are so cool
By the way, that end scene when Brutus throws Sa'kan's hand to the side and giving him the gene-seed is so cool.
Thank you Connor.
you were a pogue clearly
I believe this is the first I’ve seen what a gene seed looks like.
He never left his wingman….sorry I had to go there. Great breakdown!
I will always love watching Sakan smoke necrons one-handed.
"Forgiven & forgotten!" 👍🏻
They should do something with an Salamander Dreadnaught protecting children against orcs, I think this could be also funny.
damn that tag team reload was awesome to watch
That intro never ever gets old!!!
Great work, I'm a big fan! Dude your breakdowns are soooooooooooooo on spot and inspiring!
I still want to know where they are hiding/stacking the ammo pack/magasine😅.
Their butts tbh
SA'KAN DEEEZE NUTZ. couldn't help myself. I love the lore.
They don't distribute ammo, he gave him the mag in hindsight that he needs his help to reload faster later
I’m glad the Sergeant from the trailer’s gene seed was at least saved
Little tidbit, the Gauss impacts of missing shots should have left equally glowing spots where they und matter
Great explanation and visuals!
Definitely one I've been waiting for.
Sometimes i wonder how does the gauss know what to disintegrate. When the gauss beams finally killed off brutus, I expected the pistol to also get eaten away yet it was spared as Brutus simply lets go
It would spread by atomic proximity. On that scale, the gun is miles away.
One of the bests so far !!!!
Sakan should be way bigger imo as that’s a noted trait of the salamanders is they are way bigger then their cousins
What is the rigging on the chaplains back for? Holding books? Is the eye scope for reading?
That’s an apothecary bro
Thank you for these amazing videos
Courage and honor
- The next words I be hearing for a while,
Space marines have energetic armor, but i didn't know they also use plot armor.
Hey buddy, I noticed the American flag in a shadow box behind you. Did you or someone close to you serve in the military? If so, what branch?
@@imdoobie80 me. Marine corps
@Counterpoints Well Semper Fi brother, thank you for your service. What was your job? I was Infantry 200-2004.
@@imdoobie80 supply admin 6-10. Parris Island. Camp Geiger. Okinawa. Iraq. Pendleton, then got out.
Gettin some serious Star War Clone Trooper vibes from them necrons when I see them constantly miss, even when Sakan runs with his back turned xD
@@PalonDude Auspex 😄
SO BROTHER SA'KAN LIVES!!! Then i wonder why he was forced to leave that refugee family
If I remember right, he took on a skorpek while they went a different route
Holy Globule Extraction complete. Praise be to Space King.
Always good when counterpoints has a new episode
P.S. HELSREACH movie is what got my interest in 40K
I remember that I appreciated this show series more when I was a kid. The Lesson: Dpn't shy away your kids to mature themes
You appreciated this when you was a kid? It was released this year... Interesting timeline.
Szeras and Sa'kan bromance is always nice to see
Are the bullet of the marines infinite? Always go deep into enemy line, a lot of shooting, didnt see from where the bullet come from, from within the marines bodies?
Been waiting for this thanks I don't subscribe to warhammer tv so your breakdowns are great
they need more animations like this..... high quality
13:21 they had such plot armor in the way this cene was made ...
16:37 Sa’kan skipping the dialogs 😂😂
Nice work,as always
07
it would be really cool in space marine 2 dlc or 3 that we could play different missions from each chapter to see what it like diggin the channel by the way
He literally hung up with a bolt round. That got a laugh out of me.
This Fights are legendary🤜💥
Sadly, I live in Canada, where our federal 'Canadian Content' laws are preventing GW from offering Warhammer+ -- so , no subscriptions, or watching this content, for us.
did the apocathery get all 4 geneseeds? or were there only 3 fallen marines on the operating tables?
The death of Brutus make me fell very sad...
Are we sure Sarkhan isn't a Lamenter? He seems to constantly be pooped on by the universe but keeps surviving
His just in the right place and in the right time, his just their to make sure that none of the Sister and Brutus sacrifice didn't go in vain.
Brutus is running and sliding in gravis armor.....that just goes to show how agile it is compared to terminator, with only slight sacrifices to protection
OY LOOKS LIKE A GOOD SCRAP!! Don’t understand these metal boys. Only reason to keep the Humies alive is for a fight.
THE BOY IS BACK
How did the Necron get so bad at aiming? The one time they hit something it happens off screen lol.
Listen, they’re still dominating this planet and have wiped 99% of the population
Necron 'Warriors' are nothing of the kind. They're farmers, youtubers and everything else. Essentially, just a dude with an outrageous gun
Sa'kan definitely repaired that helmet
Wonder if it still has Thermocular
