Oliver spent his last years with another chimpanzee, a gentle female known as Raisin. ... Although elderly, Oliver had access to the outdoors and lived the rest of his life in quiet retirement. Oliver died in his sleep and was found on June 2, 2012, with Raisin
next to him; he was at least 55 years old.

He did not own Oliver during the 9 years. He sold Oliver in 1978, and the 9 years were 1989-1998. There were other owners in between. Robert Stack even says "they hadn't seen each other in 20 years" ('78-'98) at 10:23 in the episode.

Oliver was a very beautiful, handsome and precious chimpanzee who deserved it to live quietly in peace. What I didn’t like nor approved of was the chain that Oliver had on his neck, and the fact that Oliver’s owner had him for 9 years inside a cage. That was disgusting and disgraceful, needless to say, outrageous. If Oliver was so very special as the owner said, why keep a beautiful creature as he was in a cage? Why??? He deserved it to be FREE without any bars! That incensed me, it was not right at all.
But at least, I am glad that Oliver lived the rest of his life and his golden years together with another female chimpanzee named “Raisin”. So sad and tragic that he died at the age of 55, even though he lived a long life and died peacefully in his sleep. Oliver was indeed a very special and remarkable creature, and those who worked and were around him were lucky to have known him and loved him until his passing.
Rest in Peace always, sweet and precious Oliver, you were and still are definitely missed by those who knew you and loved you. 🙏♥️👍🌹

At the time of her disappearance, she had been enrolled in a Master's program in English at New York University, which she had halfway completed, whilst supporting herself and her son by working as a freelance journalist and in various jobs as a stripper. No, the police detectives screwed it up so badly and made it look like they were the culprits. They investigated the crime with the mind set that the parents or family member was guilty instead of having an open mind and skipped out on all kinds of evidence,. there was one detective that did search with an open mind and found a lot of evidence pointing to an outsider. Meanwhile the police department refuses to submit DNA to be analyzed by a woman who's considered as perhaps the top forensic experts in the country but she can't do anything without the DNA, They are trying to get the governor to force them to turn it over. Their refusal to turn it over means one of 2 things. They don't have it any more because they are such big f***ups or they are in on it.

    The Jon Bennett story:
1). The parents knew who killed their daughter, Jon Bennett Ramsey, but didn’t say anything and never did; they lawyered up right away. The mother, Patti, died without saying a word and Jon Bennett’s father will not say anything either.
2). The police did a very poor job in the crime scene. They were incompetent officers and investigators walking all over the crime scene and telling the father, Mr. Ramsey, to “look for your daughter in the basement!” Now, what kind of bullshit was that? This is the first case that I see this.
3). The random note was written most likely by one of the parents. No doubt in my mind.
This case is an “unsolved mystery” and will remain like that forever. But what it is sad and tragic is that in the meantime, a beautiful little girl lost her life at the tender age of
6- years-old and justice have never, ever being done to Jon Bennet, the real victim in this case.
Ashamed, really shameful. Rest in Peace always, Jon Bennett, you are now in a better place. 🙏

On the night of the broadcast, Smith was watching it with two friends, Tracy Rottleman and John Cummings, while he was using the alias David Sanborn in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. During it, they noticed that he had the same tattoos and looked just like Smith. He began acting nervous and then left in their car. When he didn't return, they called the police. Two days later on February 4, 1997, he was arrested by the New Smyrna Beach Police in Florida after a traffic stop. During questioning, he tried to escape by grabbing an officer's gun and was shot in the neck and wrist by a second officer.
Smith survived and was released from the hospital a week later. He was later extradited to Washington where he stood trial for Carolyn's murder. Mitochondrial DNA testing helped link blood in his truck to her. He was convicted of all charges; he received a seventy year sentence for murder and ninety years for parole violation. He later admitted to killing Carolyn and unsuccessfully attempted to help locate her body. He committed suicide in prison on November 18, 2004. Tragically, Carolyn's body has never been found.
