Guy says he was there, standing on a table, taking photos.
Police: He wasn't there. He never made it into the pantry.
Show displays a photograph of guy standing on a table, camera in hand, taking photos of RFK.
Police: That's just coincidence of someone else taking photos from the exact same angle, standing on a table. Obviously not him.
It's like pissing on our heads and telling us it's raining. Not to mention what a poor liar that officer was. The acting skills of Tommy Wiseau. Even if that is not the same guy in the photo, where's the OTHER guy on a table and where are HIS photographs of the shooting?! Some guy clearly stood on a table taking photos 🙄😑

Let me get this straight, Shelley had a "benefactor" giving her a place to live AND five large a month (she was a ho)
Who was also cheating on her boyfriend.
She dies in a riding accident while riding with her female friend in which she gets trampled by her own horse but her family somehow still blames her friend and her boyfriend. Her boyfriend whom she was cheating on but since she was about to dump him the cheating is justified. Gimme a break.
Oh I forgot she was also a thief.

A spooked horse stops after having thrown its rider off, and starts trampling the rider? Nope. It keeps running. It's spooked. She hawked her jewelry without the boxes and authenticity certificates that came with it? Nope. You get more for it when it's in the box. The girl gets lost for an hour and a half in territory that she's familiar with, while trying to get help? Yes, if she'd suffered a concussion. She was unharmed. Completely unharmed, as a matter of fact, after having been thrown off a crazy, bucking horse...
And her family didn't get to take her things, belonging to them after her passing, with them. This is one fishy story. You don't have to be a detective to find red flags everywhere you look in this case.

Shelly Malone Case: Sadly story, the so-called “friend” goes to get help, gets “lost in familiar territory”, comes back in an hour and a half: Fauquier County Virginia Sheriff’s Office allowed the so-called “witness” to drop of a statement at her leisure. Allowed the so-called “boyfriend” to take the clothes she was wearing at the accident, empty her house of her belongings.

    • @richardpruett7500

Heather Metz, one other thing. Shelly's family took the truck back to The Plains. They turned it over to local authorities, who performed routine blood tests. However, the Sheriff's Office claimed it didn't have the budget to do DNA comparisons.
What would DNA tests have revealed? If the blood in Shelly’s car was her own, it could suggest that someone used the truck to move Shelly. According to the official scenario, only paramedics had moved Shelly after her fatal injury, and they used an ambulance.
What was to stop Unsolved Mysteries or someone like Cecil Altman from paying for the DNA test?

Normally, victims or witnesses have the right to request this, but this guy was under suspicion of crimes and moreover also seen as an anti-gov't loon, so I think by honoring his request and yet showing his face immediately after, they made the subtle statement that they considered him guilty and as such were trying to make him as open to scrutiny as possible.
Note that in addition to the photograph, they "disguised" his voice in a way that is never done. He probably asked "will you disguise my voice" and they probably said "yeah, we'll change the speed" and he consented, not understanding that this is not the same as pitch-shifting. When you pitch shift a voice, it becomes difficult to tell the original pitch, which is much more relevant in placing a voice than how fast they talk.
If you slow down a sped up voice, you can easily tell what they normally sound like. Case in point, go to 26:00, set video playback speed to 0.75x. So again - this was very intentional... I'd bet on it.

I don't think it is him on the steam table. Like I said, the one photo DOES look like him in the crowd-the hair is straighter and lighter in color and the face is youthful like a 15 year old boy.
