Skeleton was killer, he was the first figure I got as a kid
The thing is.... in dealing with the supposed story of the cybernetics. With the original New Adventures of He-man figures it shows in the mini comic in how Adam was battling with Skeletor and when Adam was attempting to change into He-Man Skeletor got caught in the blast of things which damaged him and thus then ends up having those new cybernetic parts incorporated into him which in many ways I like that story and well it also shown Skeletor who all this time who He-man really was..... which if they stick to the whole Keldor being Randor's brother..... makes Adam his nephew. Again..... makes for actually a cool story.

Great review Dan. I never knew this skeletor existed. I really want Mattel to make a classics version of this one now. Although I doubt they would make a light-up feature for him. Which is sad because the light-up hand and eyes is what really makes this figure awesome.

what are the odds of this one and he-man being released in the masters classics line? Another thing, i have been enjoying Scotty Cash teaming up with you on that new toy smell. Kudos and respect for the entire team involved with that new toy smell.
Missing link between the vintage and the NA Skeletor. While I’m’not a big fan of NA, this laser light Skeletor (known in France as « Skeletor éclat funeste » aka « Skeletor lethal glow ») is pretty cool...but sadly pretty rare and expensive :(
his head looks like a big head of lettuce! glad i watched the reviews on both vintage and classics before dropping $ on either!

As a child I hated these editions of Skeletor and He-Man.... Now I can say that they really sucks!
