If you have oily hair especially if your hair is also fine make sure you’re only using conditioner from your ears down. Putting it at the top from your roots can cause your hair to weigh down and get oily faster. Also make sure to wash your roots twice if you have oily hair. Once to remove all the dirt and oil and another to really clean your scalp! Ordering the shampoo in this line during the Sephora sale for sure!
1,000%!! Oily hair definitely doesn’t like anything on the scalp except for shampoo. I always shampoo twice when washing my hair. Your hair and scalp is so much cleaner. I think you’ll really like it! I noticed you see results with continued use versus after one use. Let me know how you like it.
That powder thing looks so interesting! It makes sense to control oil. I’ve used clarifying shampoo before but it’s Waaaaayyyyy to drying. I totally understand the need for it though
Hi, I have oily hair, but also am looking for volume as my hair is quite flat. Would you recommend pairing this shampoo, with the magnificent volume conditioner, and some mousses/volume sprays in that line?
Hi! I saw your comment on my other video as well so I thought I’d answer both here. 🥰 I would use the Oil Control shampoo, Magnificent volume and then a volumizing styling product. My favorites are Maximista and Grandiose Mousse. Use Maximista first and then the mousse on top.
I was definitely able to go an extra day without washing my hair. The smell is the same as the other oribe products but I feel like it’s a little lighter than the others. But that could just be me.
Can i use it to wash my hair regularly i have used many clarifying and detox shampoos but they make my hair feel waxy and even more oilier ! do you think this will actually work?
I used the Ion color YEARS ago and at the time loved it but since my salon career has advanced it’s not my favorite anymore. I’ve never been a fan of their hair care products. They just didn’t wow me and some felt drying.
which oribe conditioner do you consider to have the lightest weight? i have super fine hair that hates silicone so conditioners are kinda tricky for me to navigate 🤕
Yeah I’d definitely try it! Only apply shampoo at your roots. If you have really oily hair you could do a double shampoo (that’s what I do every time I wash my hair). It makes your hair much cleaner.
I love that line!! So you can definitely alternate them. What I mean by a double shampoo is when you go to wash your hair, wash with shampoo twice. So shampoo, rinse your hair, shampoo again, rinse, and then conditioner. 🥰
I also love that line, in fact, I love Oribe produts! Oh, double shampoo, I always do that. That you soo much for your advice!! I would alternate both of them. ☺️🥰🥰

Ohh I needa try this one. I get such oily hair with work! Thanks for sharing
I’m really loving it! 🙌🏼
Love these videos! Always so informative! 🥰
Thank you! 🫶🏼

Yeah I only use a clarifying shampoo if I’m doing a keratin treatment. I’m loving this shampoo though because it’s the best of both worlds.
Okay I definitely need to try this I have such oily hair 😩 I love the purple packaging too 😍💜
I really like the shampoo and treatment spray!
What really stands up in this like is dry shampoo powder! That stuff is fire😊
@lifeoadorer6929 it’s funny some people LOVE the dry shampoo and others prefer an aerosol. So glad you’re loving it!!

Love the review! Did you also notice your hair getting less oily? And is the smell the same as other Oribe lines? 🥰

Hi! Yes, this is meant to be used as your every day shampoo.
Thanks for the information! Out of curiosity what’s your opinion on ion products I’d you have an opinion
I used the Ion color YEARS ago and at the time loved it but since my salon career has advanced it’s not my favorite anymore. I’ve never been a fan of their hair care products. They just didn’t wow me and some felt drying.
Awesome info. Do you think it would be appropriate for a teenage boy with oily hair problems? I had a friend asking me for recommendations:)
Yeah! My boyfriend has really oily hair and washes it daily and he likes it a lot.
The longer I go the less I have to wash. I’m working on 10 days. Eeeks haha but if I had super oily hair, would look into this so fast
I try and go long too! It’s all about training your hair. I’d love to go 10 days without washing but I can only make it to 4 or 5 days.

Alchemy and Magnificent volume are going to be the lightest. Their signature conditioner is really light too but honestly it’s not my favorite.
I have oily scalp and dry ends. Do you think the shampoo works for me? Thank you 🙏🏻

Hello! Thank you so much. What is an double shampoo? Sorry, I am Portuguese 😂
@@JeniferLarson, I have been using the Air Alchemy shampoo. I really love it. Can I alternate whith that one? Is that double shampoo?
