Tried one end of the ribbon connector and it didn’t work then moved on to the other side of the ribbon connector and it worked great!!!

you dont, its all trial and error
try in different lines with different paper/tape sizes

plain paper just to cover the lines

Bro I have a better solution for you. At 7:52, those black diodes in your right, just remove them, and you have your problem fixed 100%. Sometimes resistors close to the diodes blow out to, usually 100ohm.

Salut faci o treabă excelentă .Am o întrebare dacă ești amabil cum afli trebuie sa acoperi? Am un LG 55UM7100PLB .merg ledurile se aude sunet .Nu are imagine .Am făcut ceva de genul :Am astupat 16 pinin la una dintre ieșiri de la placa de baza către Tecon și A mers o perioada de circa un an .Dupa care sa oprit.acum nu reușesc nimic .Se aude sunet nu se vede imagine .

Man, same model, this just happened to me.. oh well, time to upgrade to 120hz tv
Turns out it's very simple to do. Fixed mine but the problem is the right side. I just use bill paper, thin enough. The side effects is very minor line flickering like old VHS at random places. Thank you!

Bună ziua ! Am un televizor marca HISENSE, și pe ecran i-au apărut. 3-6 linii verticale în partea dreaptă cum privim la tv. puteți să-mi spuneți din această cauză pot apărea aceste angajați și în aceste condiții se pot înmulți. Fac precizarea că ulterior, în câteva zile dugulițile s-au înmulțit și în partea de jos a ecranului a apărut ca un triunghi dreptunghic cu laturile de cca, 12 cm. Care este motivul și cum se poate remedia această defecțiune?!
