This could be really nice as a tower troop
Like a really weak princess tower but it also has the submarine at the bridge to make up for it
New Card Idea:
Smoke Bomb: Creates a smokescreen where all friendly troops become invisible to the other player, but enemy troops can still target them. All enemy troops have there damage reduced by 30%. It costs 3 elixer and has the same radius as earthquake.

That's overpowered beyond repair you can put a golem on the other side and instantly put it on that while there is a push on the left side so he wouldn't see the golem till it reached his tower
New Card Idea:
Flying Fortress( Rarity Legendary)
Decription: Flying fortress is a defensive building that floats in the air. This building is only targeted by air targeting troops and air troops. It shoots 2 cannons independly that can target different troops and has a long range.
So technically a better battle machine

New Card Idea:
Magnet spell Elixer 3
Radius 4 duration 1 sec
Works like the Tornado but pulls friendly troops instead of enemy troops. It costs 3 elixer. It also does no damage

Here's A card concept called, Evolution miner-*This evo card will Burrow underground too the nearest troop or building, Dropping a mini explosive each time, The evo miner burrows underground too another troop.* This card is Inspired by the clash of clans version, Where the miner will burrow underground when not enraged or targeted by An opposing troop or building.
New card idea : change your environment card. Imagine if you could place a card to make your side of the area under water or have a different environment with different buffs and downs
Ur so serious about it and I appreciate that hear is some constructive criticism, a cycle deck on this “rocket launcher submarine” would be deviatingly overpowered putting multiple submarines down also there’s not much room in the water for both players to put submarines down .

Great review of great times and also a Great idea! But I think they don’t release technological stuff as troops (besides flying machine). Maybe to add a troop that is able to submerge like a diver that attacks while hidden?

New Card Idea
Catapult: (rarity rare)
Description: Offensive building shoots a flaming Boulder that does splash damage and also targets air troops. The splash damage sets off a fire radius that does D.O.T damage like the evo firecracker

P.E.K.K.A’s pancakes :
A giant pancake that falls on enemies engulfing them in Syrup and doing a little bit of damage with that pancake for 4 elixir
Predict :
For 2 elixir see what is in the opponents deck for 4 seconds
Sparky evolution :
A newly improved Sparky System! This incredible invention can not only release a devastating blow but also can release a couple of electro Spirits at the same time! Plus small zapping aura Mechanism for small swarm troops!

Idea for new card: Bat queen. Big bat, that gives poison when somebody got biten. Ultra attack: Spawns black fog and hides there, so nobody can see it (it can get killed by spells) and summons bats. If bat queen died, it spawns 4 - 5 bats. Rarity: Champion
New Card Idea:
Card Name: Legionary Rarity: Champion
Description: swings a war hammer forward with long melee range. Hammer has long horizontal splash damage but very little vertical splash damage. Ability slams hammer on ground and stuns enemies hit by it
Stats: elixer 5, speed medium, damage 240, hitspeed 1.4, range melee long
Ability: 1 elixer and does 360 damage to ground troops and stuns in front of it.

New Card Idea:
Phalanx (Epic troop)
Decription: Phalanx is a group of 4 troops armed with long spears that do single target damage. Phalanx is formed in Greek Phalanx battle formation. The unique part is that they can not be separated and move as one unit. They are still targeted individually and attack individually but will move together, and things like fireball that split apart swarms will not work on this troop. They also take 75 percent damage from air attacks because of their tight shield formation
Stats: elixer 6, range 2 tiles, health, 940 damage 200 hitspeed 1.2 speed medium
That seems a bit broken, any drawbacks, thsoe stats seem too good for what thei gimmick is

Water wizard it does little spawn damage but it does knockback. Water attacks splash a little more than normal wizard and do very little damage enough to one shot goblins but they do slight knockback each attack
Make Builder like In Clash of Clan that can heal both king and queen tower and building, if the card get damaged by any enemies card it cannot get interrupted by any card unless building but in this case the building is our tower and building.
rip for the submarine if its placed in the workshop arena
New Card Idea:
Bubble shield ( rarity epic)
Stats: Elixer 4 Radius, duration 4.5 sec
Description:Bubble shield creates a bubble shield with a similar radius to a fireball. All friendly troops and buildings in the radius will take 50 percent damage from all projectiles and spells. It lasts 4 seconds
That would be placed mainly on the enemy’s tower ngl 😭
It is pretty good tower, but what if the enemy also places submarine, will it block the area where there is already a submarine, or will they just overlap? And will spells work on the submarine, or will have special effects like thee freeze can stop the sub from moving (freezes the liquid), ofc, I know its just a recommendation, so I don't expect a solid answer for this, but what should you think happen to sub regarding these questions?

Imagine what the Evolved Submarine looks like 😮. It would be cool if it could be damaged by Earth Quake, Zap, and Thunder not poison or rage. Also Maybe it could have a counter deployment for troops that jump over the bridge while its submerged.

Isntead of making submarine a card make it a temporary defense!
Clash Royale can open a new mode or set it up as new option where
Let me explain it will tosssed in temporary time for either blue or red king then it will defend red or blue king for temporary time then after the time run outs it will work for other king!
More like princess tower but in water!
Or i have totally another idea where a new mode will be added called shipwreck where all ground troops will travel with own boats and for scarmy or team cards will be in same boat with theier multiped hp. and princess and king toqer will float like boat then after the troops reaches in front of tower they will jump to land in front of tower and begin to attck.
Or make it feel like spartan ship attack!

But does it really control water? I mean it walks on water but it would've made more sense for a water based card to throw water, like a flying machine, but that is kinda like a water gun
What if the enemy also places the submarine at the same place? Will they shoot each other? Will they collide?

We have a lot of hot cards of any kind, but we hale less ❄️ card such as an ICE dragon.
Obviusly there aren't water cards liked ti real liquid water but some ideas could be a water Wiz. or Witch or dragon could work (like in COC)...
because they could be troops that don't necessarily need to be in the water...
also we have a water champion in C. Mini 🤔👌...
and for the cards that Need to be in water they can be seattle in a new arena or in a game mode similari to the water pool 💪😏
