The 2025 Honda Pilot Touring has a 9" infotainment screen, not 7".

My touring has fog lights....probably depends on how the dealers order some of them

Can you turn off the VCM?

Yes but you have to flash the ECU to do it. There is no button or setting to do it from the factory
