首都高速都心環状線(C1)は東京都の最都心部である港区、千代田区、中央区を一周する環状線です。都心環状線外側の中央環状線(C2)への接続道路や東名、中央道などの放射道路を相互に連絡しています。路線延長は14.8kmで、所要時間は休日の夜間で渋滞がない場合約15分です。
The SHUTOKO Expressway (C1) is a ring road that circles around Minato, Chiyoda and Chuo wards, the most central area of Tokyo. It connects to the Central Ring Road (C2) outside the ring road, and also interconnects with radial roads such as the Tomei Expressway(E1) and the Chuo Expressway(E20). The length of the route is 14.8 km, and the journey time is about 15 minutes on weekends and nights when there is no traffic congestion.
