As you said for NHRC CHAIRMAN can be a retired chief justice or a sitting judge of SC.Before 2019 amendment a retired SC judge (other than CJI) was not eligible for appointment as chairman of NHRC. In the Amendment it is written that a person who " has been" ( meaning thereby that now retired) a SC judge ( other than CJI) will be eligible for chairman post. Am I making any point? I
Sir , how are we required to study ncerts for upsc . For eg : if i am studying RS Sharma for a. History , how many times should i read it ? And do i need to read it / learn it / make short notes of it ? What should be done and when should I realize its the time to jump to the advanced books ?
