Well that question isn't really as simple as it sounds, typically yes an 18 wheeler (aka a semi or tractor trailer) has 18 wheels but a lot of trucks today run super singles so the amount of tires can vary. Plus not all trucks run the standard 5 axles so that will also dictate the amount of tires on an "18 wheeler".

I can’t believe that people still claim that the US is the best country on the planet when your teenagers have the same IQ as the temperature of a refrigerator. These are questions that 80% of primary schoolers could answer in 10 seconds.
They should try going to the Bay Area and ask the kids there. Their answers will be way different.
You can not generalize an entire country and population based on a video that only highlights the stupid ones for content.

I'm 65. For the questions about "who is on the X dollar bill?", I, and many in my age group would fail the majority of those. Especially these days, when many / most of us are buying things with a credit card. Now, the question about "How many minutes in a quarter of an hour?". Someone needs to go to jail over that.

The education system is designed to produce employees not critical thinkers with a broad general knowledge.

Everything from kindergarten up to highschool is supposed to teach general knowledge. It's above highschool that teaches job specific knowledge/skills.
An employee needs to know how many minutes are in an hour and how much a quarter of an hour is.

The 18 wheeler question is debatable because there’s more than one answer,they can have 14 if the truck has super singles on the drive axles,or on the trailer axles or both..that would make it 10,its used for better mileage and aerodynamics(allegedly,but it does have its positives and negatives,safety being one for example) but their still considered 18 wheeler semi trucks,they can also have 20 if they are setup as tri-axle,on the truck or trailer,or both,makes it 22-24(depending on it being a set of singles or regular doubles),even though they didnt say any of those answers,those wouldhve been correct also

About the 18 wheeler one it depends, Some 18 wheelers have less then 18 wheels and some do more, and some time it depends if you want to count the wheels of the trailer as well, the trailers normally 8 wheels, but some times can be a dually trailer and have 16 wheels, and for the truck it can be 6 wheels, 4 wheels, 8 wheels, or even 5 wheels, it all depends, and the last thing you have to consider is dualies , most trucks have it, so you might count it.
