Bakersfield should fire all corrupt officers. Most cops are good but not all especially in the BPD , I know a lot has changed since 2015 which is good. But crackdown on the entire department first before training new cops under a department that hasn't had a good reputation. Compared to Phoenix and Arizona Departments BPD is at the bottom. At least here in AZ we don't shoot first then ask questions. It's the other way around. All I can say for anyone who doesn't believe me. Just look up Enrique Juarez Ochoa who died 20 years ago on Mother's Day, May 14th, 2000. He was beaten to death by the BPD while restrained . But in there report he died by a taser . They covered up their tracks very well in the report.But the pictures of the autopsy report shows a different story.
