Beautiful, this game is for Dane... 24:02 well that's the other part of reality, u can't always dodge... which kinda explain why there is no veterancy system in game...because they die in a blink of eyes. Hans can u answer this question its stuck in my mind...how veterancy work in real life ? they have to come back to HQ to receive promotion or they just announced the promotion in the radio in middle of war?
Hans, have you tried playing with the realism setting located in the game options? I ask because I sunk a ton of hours in the beta using that setting and forgot what the "vanilla" combat is like, lol
what exactly does it do? Im trying to like this game as i was super stoked when they announced it, but having 200 hrs in Gates of hell and the comparison in realism i find it incredibly hard to enjoy this
@@ZuNk I think it basically lowers the time-to-kill on all infantry units so it’s much more hardcore / realistic. I think it also tweaks the range of heavy artillery units where they could fire across the whole map with no restrictions. The easiest way I could compare it would be the the MOWAS2 realism mod. Love gates of hell, but I prefer MOW2 because it is much more optimized
@@SoaP_xcvi That is something atleast, i think things are just moving too quick, tanks are turning like they weigh nothing, 5:12 tank gets ammo racked and 2 crewmembers jump out, that would be instant death irl, I just love anything realism in games like these, and GoH really spoils me there. Yea i can see how perfomance can get in the way of enjoying it, i've personally never had any issues, i run it on max everything, i have turned the view distance down a tad bit. MoW2 looks like a fun little pvp game tho, and it's still a beta so things can definitely improve! and the endless possibility of mods, i think in the end it will still be great!:)
@@ZuNk agreed! I think MoW2 has the best multiplayer experience, whereas GoH has the best single player experience, realism, and historical accuracy. I run GoH on max settings but once 20-30 minutes have passed in a 1v1 game, the amount of destruction and litter around the battlefield starts to lag my game, nevermind 2v2 or higher. I was super impressed with MoW2’s optimization when it came to that, especially in such large games like a 5v5.
Hans at his best covering rougly >50% of the front on his own.
that small battle on the right side of the map around 10 minutes was nice
Enjoyed that game!
24:02 Literally every german tank commander in 44-45 😁
Yeah XD

Possibly, think I likely forgot to change the ammo type >.
