Lived in llandudno for 45 years see stone when was young great to live lover place llandudno and great orme did u no u stay in great orme light house b and b great views
I think the sunrise at the pier, that beautiful shot with the quiet sea was my favourite and love the gnarly windblown trees. Was surprised to see that Llandudno, as you looked down from the Great Orme was so harshly angular, no pleasing curves, no higgledy piggledy streets it seems. The rocking stone story, the test of whether one should live or die 😳oh my. ‘Megalith, sunrise, bit of bird song’👌🏽
Thanks Angela - always appreciate the feedback! I expect Llandudno’s street layout changed heavily when the Victorian railways arrived and it hastily transformed into a resort town. There are some wiggly streets as it begins ascending and along the SE side of The Great Orme. It’s a fantastic place for somewhere which requires a lot of flat long surfaces for pushing a wheelchair!
Great vid tim, looked for that stone row myself unsuccessfully,so glad you had pics of a previous visit, more megalithic vids please, all the best to you :-)
Thanks Jason - much appreciated. I have no imminent megalithic trips planned, but I have about twenty ancient site videos from lockdown walks in Dorset between December and April, which I need to finish and edit! I hope I’ll be able to progress with them in the next few weeks as the dynamics become more favourable for catching up!

Thankyou very much! :)
Love this Tim, such a beautiful video
Thanks very much, Tim - good to hear. The only “me-time” in a very demanding period away!
