What's your fav simulator and why!? My Velocidrone game & Quad settings blog post: www.maionhigh.com/blog/my-vel... Learn FPV and get better FAST: www.maionhigh.com/fpv-academy
I like Veloci on PC and Liftoff on Mac. I find them to be very different. Veloci would be my choice as a racing trainer over liftoff. Personal preference more accurate with the feel for me I guess. Feels closer to a real quad.
It is something I want to get into and the more I watch the videos you make just pushes me towards it more, I can’t wait until the summer is back so I can take my drone out more
I really like how you are staying on this Velocidrone I've seen so many of your training video's excellent teacher! Some people are just naturally good at teaching. I think you are Lexie. I am too and I think that's why we have been buddies for a while now. Keep on keepin on Lexie!!! 🦾
Hi, thanks for answering but that's not what I meant. On my velocidrone I can't go higher than 124 Fov and I really need it to be higher but thats the highest it can go. Any idea why your velocidrone has more Fov options than mine?
Maybe you could make a video where you explain the individual values. Nice to know your stats...but would be more interested to know what anti grav. gain and tpa are doing?!?!
@@kevinsmith9420 Kevin I bought old PCs with quality graphics cards on OfferUp to get sim rigs. Spend no more than $100 each (plus for one I had to add ram, ssd, and Wi-Fi card). They actually do pretty good, I’ve got 3 sim rigs because I run a drone club at the school I teach at. Tip try to get something with i5 or i7, at least 12-16gb ram (cheap upgrade if needed), at least windows 11 (or 10? I don’t remember the difference) and Nvidia GeForce 1060 or 1050ti 4gb graphics ram minimum. I don’t know Radeon cards so no advice there. Good luck, happy hunting and flying.
Thank you for the video. I am not very new in velocidrone and FPV, but totally new in 5" quad racing. Is there any medium difficulty camera angle? Like, what is the lowest people use in actual racing? 50° is too high for me though but I dont want to practice in 30° too, because it is too slow.
Arimode isn't acro. It's another feautre. Airmode gives you stabilization at idle throttle. Means that you can control your quad even if it's falling. You can activate airmode in acro or horizon mode.
@@MaiOnHigh I felt slow, can you help me please, I need your tips, I have a Dji FPV, I’m using in velocidrone dgi looks similar, but I never used in Acro in real life, I’m training for that 🙏🏼 Please

Liftoff. I'm used to it...

The sim does a good job and if you're switching to FPV - I'd highly recommend starting with a sim. It's much different than DJI
I picked up Uncrashed FPV, love it!
Great graphics, physics are tight, and it runs well on my 2018 MacBook Pro.
I haven't tried it yet to be fair, but out of all the others I did - always velocidrone 🫡 and I don't care about graphics 🤣 I need sticktime

Love it! I used your blog post before, but this is helpful too! And the tips are great!
Haha great to hear!
Why does your Fov goes so high? Mine it's 124 at it's max.
@@mariomedina311 i like bigger FOV for racing 😅 personal preference

@mariomedina311 ah. It may be caused by the camera lens used? Have you tried changing that?
@@MaiOnHigh you mean the part that says standard 2.1 mm? Yes I have everything the same as you. Maybe they did an update and reduced the FOV, maybe?
@mariomedina311 I'd message the support to ask that then. My settings are still the same 😅
I do not use a Sim , I do not get to fly as I once did, But when I do it's my "reality Sim" ...LOL
great content keep up the GREAT Work ( fun )
Haha reality aim is the best
Wohooo! This is long overdue
Indeed

@@marc_macht.s I am no longer creating fpv content, so I will not be making such a video. Sorry 🥹 I bet there are some explanations around!
What were your previous macbook specs? I'm having trouble using mine.
Intei i7 (2012)
HD 4000 graphjcs
Intel i7 from 2017
I think the 2012 may be struggling indeed. 🤔
@@MaiOnHigh Thanks. Time to bite the bullet and upgrade my PC

You can do everything between 30 to 50 and just get it higher with time.
It's all a personal choice and personal learning curve
Grazie per i preziosi consigli

which one do you prefer ? velocity or liftoff ?
Velocidrone

I think it is in the game...
While it is not the same in real drones.
@@MaiOnHigh the acro mode can be enabled in flight in the top right. It’s called rate mode. Air mode is different
Do I need to buy the license and the pack I want and the game on google play
I would recommend the game on pc/mac it does require a license
Thank you 💜🤘🏻
And thank You 💜
thank you im gonna test

Turn off Vsync and then it shouldn't lag in full screen
@mkfpv4597 lags for me even with vsync off 🤣 so... My advise stays
