She's afraid that they'll only stay with her our of pity and they're internal kindness, she doesn't want them to ignore everything that happened and go back to normal. :((

@@marine9892 Since it is hard to understand from an outside perspective, i will give my own explanation as someone who's been in a situation like that. Mizuki was already struggling with her inner demons from the very begining, but they were better than Mafuyu at hiding it. However, when Ena started seeing through her, Mizuki's inner demons started assaulting her every thought. When you are dealing with that sort of situation in the manner Mizuki did it (Running, hiding and pretending), you will inevitably reach a point in which you can't control yourself anymore and your inner demons win. At that point, you get how Mizuki got in the end. Telling her secret to Ena herself, on her own terms, at her own pace, was her one way to be saved. It was only a few words, but for someone in Mizuki's condition, those few words are enough to save you. So having that chance taken from her and Ena learning in such a manner was simply the last straw, that was the moment Mizuki broke and what was deep in her heart just couldn't come to the surface anymore. There is a part in the song that i interpret to be about this: After the first chorus, when she is wishing everyone to dissapear, her last line is on a slightly softer note, saying "Please stay with me". I interpret this as Mizuki's true feelings (Her desire to have someone by her side) being muffled by her inner demons (Her wishing everyone to dissapear), so now, her cries for help, her begging for someone to be by her side, go unheard, covered up by what the words ACTUALLY coming from her mouth.
