When you understand those three things about female nature, you suddenly understand most of their behaviours as well. In practice, some police would offer to reduce tickets/not press charges for sexual favors. Then they would blackmail them because the sex worker had committed a crime while police officer had not. It happens elsewhere but the fact that it was legal made it heinous. The sex workers couldn't go to the police, so physical violence was common.
