    Fantastic to watch love how you have kept the Authenticness of the ocean sounds and air instead of playing dramatic music in background

    Nicely done, Mate! Just remember to purge the back up after reopening the left post. Happens to me too all the time. ;-)

    I just started my cave training and my fastest time was 1m 45s or so.
    I was told its okay for intro level, but to get full cave certified, I will have to get it done in under a minute. Its bizarrely difficult. Stretching arms every day to even have a fighting chance.

    I guess this is explained in the Doubles or Fundamentals courses but, could you explain the reason for moving the free arm while operating the valve?

    • @Nemo-nm1ef
      @Nemo-nm1ef  2 года назад +16

      Hi. The reason is to use your light to attract your teams attention. The light would be turned on normally but I turned it off on order to stop the camera from glaring.

      @@Nemo-nm1ef That makes sense. Thanks for the explanation!

    You don’t use your other hand to grab your necklace and place the reg in your mouth.

      His lamp should be on for the whole demo, but the hand is moving to show danger-potential; other divers need to know that there is a possibility of danger. Nice demo, great buoyancy and very clear to understand whats happening.

    Good buyancy, but this is not a GUE valve drill. A true drill:
    - breathe from your secondary reg while close the left valve until you feel out of air, then switch to the primary. You are breathing from your primary when closing the right valve, aren't you?!
    - move the light to indicate that you are about to close the valve. It is about the attention of your team. Then you should have the attention - You're not supposed to keep moving the light while closing.
    - CHECK YOUR SPG AFTER THE VALVE CHECKS!!! ... that is a NO-GO!!!

      Completely wrong...the only thing missing here is to purge the alternate after reopening the left valve. You need to review your valve drill (if in doubt p7 of the v-drill manual v2.2 😊)
