I practiced handstand walk for a while but I always bend my arms in every step, should I keep my arms locked and straight? Thank you for making this video!!!
Hey just a question? I can walk on hands but not for very long. Is keeping both shoulders up onto ears at all times the important cue? It really took me a long while to understand not just shoulder positioning but also weight distribution in the hands Just asking because i am curious I am really good at standing still several rounds but i suck at walking
Yes if you want to do handstand walk with a straight handstand, it’s important to keep shoulders up onto ears! But it’s not necessary, and it’s more important to have the shoulders strength.
Thank you. Excellent video.

If you want to make it easily and stably, I recommend to keep arms straight while training! Hope this helps.

Yes I think so! It helps to do a straight handstand. But shoulders strength is more important to keep your handstand stable!
