I'm definitely healing. I made some poor choices that resulted in me not marrying my best friend. I messed up. Still love the woman yet I come to terms she may not want me again. So I'm just working on myself, becoming stoic, high value man. Dating is not the same. Life lesson learned 💯

I truly can relate, I feared being alone after break ups and realized that it was the best time for me to reflect, release, and reconnect with myself and learn that being with me isn't so bad and loving myself and what I am and can be and I am so much more confident in my decisions and picky on what is for me and I love that, it gives me such clarity. I'm 34 years old now and I had mad issues with my mum and had a couple heart breaks that I never dealt with but I have always been brilliant at getting women in, just not keeping them... I met one woman that I developed strong feelings for and finally I realised that I was a boy at heart at all the other amazing qualities I had where ruined by these issues.... You GOT to heal, else all your other qualities will be forgotten if you got deep issues. Do it!!!

@@LoveSamanthaLee Most times if I walk into a club or pub I've got a woman within a few minutes and that's no joke, but I was determined to be THE man and that ONLY comes through dealing with pain and trauma without needing a woman. No one can play with me now, you've got to have that.

The difficult part can be that some lack self-awareness to ferret through through the myriad of emotions to realize that they are even bitter, broken, bruised, and/or unhealed. They can take years in between relationships and remain damaged. Repressed feelings that even their therapist can help them with. That's tough.
