Hi, I have the following 2 questions (not exact syntax) that I have been asked in one of my previous interview:
    1) As a trainer, what would you do if a trainee has disagreement with you? (they way you teach etc)
    2) As a trainer, what you would do if a co-worker has disagreement with you about training material/course etc.
I appreciate if if you can give me any hint how to answer them, especially the first one. Thank you.

It's all very contextual, but for point 1 at least, if the argument becomes cyclical and is eating into class time, it needs to be parked and addressed during a break or after the session. Something along the lines, "you know this is something that I'd be happy to go into more detail on during the break, if that's ok?" I've used this fairly successfully before, the key is you need to follow through. If you've established a level of credibility during the session, you can cash in a little and leverage that credibility but you need to be sure to pay it back with interest. For point 2 again it's very broad and contextual, what are the motivations of the colleague, are they developing similar? Are the also a trainer? or are they a stakeholder or Subject Matter Expert? By establishing what's in it for them you can often come up with a worthy resolution. Hope at least some of this helps.

This video clearly demonstrates that every company should actively recruit public school teachers to train their employees. Leave the real work to the professionals.
