    bro if we do any compund movement then after sometimes we increase weight that we get to know yes our strength is increasing but how will we get to know that our explosive power is increasing or not does increase weight in landmines and medicenes ball exercise ?
    Example i am doing 20 kg in landmines exercise then after some time have we to increase weight or not in landmine exercise? if not then how will get to know our power is increasing or not? If we will keep doing the exercise with same weight?
