    A1 barbell bench press
    3 sets x 3 reps
    A2 explosive plot pushups
    3 sets x 3 reps
    A3 explosive db bench press
    3 sets x 5 reps
    A4 band over speed plot pushups
    3 sets x 5 reps
    B1 heavy weighted chin ups
    3 sets x 6/8/10 reps
    B2 seated DB lateral raises
    3 sets x 10/12 reps
    C1 weighted dips
    3 sets x 10/12 reps
    C2 bent over row to hammer curl to overhead press
    3 sets x 10/12 reps

      So do we do each block for three sets. What I mean is do we do 3x3 bench press 3 additional times?

    I love contrast training, I got one upper and lower session for contrast and the other has some of the same movements, keeps me explosive and feeling good!

    How much time do we have to rest between sets/excercises?

    What’s the rest in between sets. So a1 bench press you perform set of 3 reps at 80% 1RM. After that is it 45 seconds rest or 30 seconds ?

      Hello, Shane. There isn’t a thing such as “athletic muscle”. However, this form of training can help you develop strength, power production, and better force development. Which, subsequently, could and should help you perform better in whatever athletic spectrum you’re hoping to improve in! I hope that this helps!
