Which, subsequently, could and should help you perform better in whatever athletic spectrum you’re hoping to improve in! I hope that this helps!

What’s the rest in between sets. So a1 bench press you perform set of 3 reps at 80% 1RM. After that is it 45 seconds rest or 30 seconds ?
30-45 seconds rest then perform A2
so is a1 a2 a3 a4 all in a superset or do complete a1 then move on to a2 ?
