Day 1: Chest Back and Forearms
Day 2: Biceps Triceps and Shoulders
Day 3: Legs and ABS
Repeats for days 4 5 6 and rest day 7

Day 1 - Back / Bi's
Day 2 - Legs / calves
Day 3 - Chest / Tri's / Shoulders
Day 4 - Legs / Calves
And then mix in abs 2 out of the 4 days. :)

For being barely 17 years old you are incredibly well spoken and clearly have a great head on your shoulders. You'll get there eventually, just be consistent 💪 Also, my SO also had problems with feeling overwhelmed at the gym, we've discovered that gym rats are actually pretty cool and supportive and she's better with it now 🤗
