For kitchadi my grand mother and my mother use to put pattai,lavangam,elichi,brinji leaf, pattani,a small carrot,pudina curry leaves and same as you said for sorting.only for uppuma only we put musterd,urd dal, and channa dhal.sister you can do one time like this ramesh will enjoy this recipe. ❤

This is not khichidi, it is a vegetable upama. Khichidi is made with rice and the dal which your mom has used for vegetable side dish. All the very best for your new venture. We still have vadagam ordered from you and the taste is really very nice. Usually when we buy vadagam from shops they don't clean it properly like we may get some times stone's, but still now we have not got any problem in using your product.
