Exactly! The show could have progressed just a little longer to tie up loose ends but Charlie Sheen's character was the centerpost of the tent (so to speak)
The main problem is that Charlie is going through a lot of things at that time and the network is worry that it might affect rating, plus it is starting to affect Charlie's work. Honestly, they should just make it more of a spin off show call Alan and Jake for a few seasons while Charlie sober up and then if Alan and Jake is still on, we can bring back Two and a Half Men.
I think the piano dropping on Charlie and then Lorre means that they destroyed each other. Charlie destroyed his relationship with Lorre causing Lorre to kill off a hilarious character which eventually was the beginning of the end of the show.
The show worked best when Jake was younger. Hence the “half” in two and half men. Once he aged, the show just rested on “goofy relationship” of the week. Ran about 5 seasons too long
I think everything that happened in the last two episodes was Rose's doing. 4 years in a dungeon. No contacts, no money and no other resources. How was Charlie supposed to accomplish anything? The alimony to an account in the Cayman Islands? Definitely Rose. Rose has the skills necessary to bypass Walden's security and break in. She has the contacts and information to write to everyone, send money and is responsible for the threat scenario surrounding Walden and Alan. If Charlie reveals about her, it will be a disaster for her. She would probably have to go to prison for life for all the crimes she committed.
Now that you say so, it makes sense... depends on if the piano falling on Charlie was accidental or intentional. From Lorre's side, it was intentional, but in such a meta episode, who knows...
i loved this show so much. for me show was simple . one house guest who never left and over stayed. .alan dont get the hate he should get .dont hate me.
The show finale was a joke. I found it really cringe, it was not fun, the jokes were bad, the acting was bad. The seasons with Woldon were not great but were good enough for the most part, however the show never got to the previous synergy when it had 2 adults + kid. Unfortunately we all suffered from that but hopefully one day it might be redone and this time around it might stick for longer.
The ending was the worst series ending I ever seen.....I mean chuck lorre gets a score for how he took humor with the concept of him killing off Charlie, worked but for a show that was dying and it didn't feel like Two and Half Men after charlie was killed off, pretty much Charlie Sheen from the booze and drugs of his suite won the last laugh and word 'winning'
Why is he explaining the show as if we've never seen it or as if we've watched only the final episode? We know all the characters and their storylines. We only needed the stories behind the camera.
Imo seasons 9 and 10 after Charlie left were fine and they should’ve ended it there. Then they introduced Jenny and it fell off a cliff. Season 11 is bad but still had its moments like when Alan gets drunk with Judith and proposes. Season 12 was just horrible tho and the plot of Walden and Alan marrying is nothing but disappointing
This show was my childhood, I loved it but it became more stale after like the 5th season and especially after Charlie's disappearance. Idk if Walden was a good or bad replacement, but I liked him and he was a breath of fresh air but what kinda ruined it for me was the stale overused jokes that went on for the whole show. The ending was definitely not what anyone could expect from any show, but I really liked it because of that, it was weird, funny, meta and wasn't serious at all, the last laughs.
I loved Two and a half men I watched it all the time but when Charlie "died", I didn't understand anything before I got to know the reason why. But I stopped watching after that, the show may have been good but it just felt wrong
Since he play an ex baseball player in Anger Management they shoud have bought the rights to the character Rick Vaughn and make it a spinn off to Major League. Charlie played him and the guy had issues with anger....
The gal from Misery needs to come out and play for them killing Charlie. I have never felt so strongly about a TV show as I do this one and my buddy Charlie Sheen.
A quick correction I wanna make love to and a half men I watch it every day on TV. And in the series finale, Alan and Lindsay are together I think it’s like three or four episodes before the finale Alan even proposed. And as a joke in the episode, when Alan cause Lindsay, she seen how much the ring is worth.
Charlie was a drunk to bad he was hard to work with on the set no one could replace him on two and half men so sad with the talent they all had together 😒😒😒😒
To me two and half of men season 9 its going to be my last season to whacti i didn't like it it wasn't funny the only thing I like about it when alan was playing as his brother
When the finale of your show is centered around the character u killed off 4 years ago, maybe you should’ve cancelled the show a long time ago
Exactly!

Agreed first 7 seaso’s where godd and very good, especialy the first 4-5
Jake became mean as he got older. I stopped enjoying his character.
Strongly agree
Once Charlie left it fell off that's the only reason
I doubt I can ever stop watching Two and A Half Men. Best sitcom ever.
Al Bundy has entered the chat. LETSSSS ROCK……..
For me this ended when Charlie left it went downhill after that
I think everything that happened in the last two episodes was Rose's doing.

To quote the Joker:
" If you have to explain the joke, THERE IS NO JOKE!"
-Mad Love
I will never accept the ending where Alan and Waldon marry to adopt a child! It's the biggest and most ridiculous idea!
They've had movies based off a similar premise. Not the craziest trope
i loved this show so much. for me show was simple . one house guest who never left and over stayed. .alan dont get the hate he should get .dont hate me.

I think Season 1 to Season 8 is the best of two and a half men. After that one can stop watching.
Kathy Bates as Charlie from hell was the best part of the Walden era, Even Sheen liked it and then they retconned it by saying Charlie was alive.
Wow. I'm a dumbass for just noticing that oversight
@isaiahthomas4444 I understand, though. Took me a bit to be like, wait a minute, that's not right.

They should make a spin off of or prequel of Charlie and Alan as kids growing up with their Mom and multiple Step Dads.
It took you this long?
Haha I was gonna comment the same thing 🤣
Lyndsey and Alan are still together they had gotten engaged so referring to her as an ex is inaccurate
You do know that "Lyndsey"
and "Alan" are TV situation
characters ... Do you not?
@@here_we_go_again2571of course he knows that. He's talking about the fact that they were still together in the finale
My dad watches this show every day
Me too. My sister always says you are watching this sitcom all the damn time.
@@VICK18009 I watch some of it
Yeah my dad does also. He's 70. I watch it with him alot. It's perfect untill Walden.
@@JoeySocko I watch it with him too sometimes btw who’s Walden
I loved Two and a half men I watched it all the time but when Charlie "died", I didn't understand anything before I got to know the reason why. But I stopped watching after that, the show may have been good but it just felt wrong
Tbh stopped watching after Charlie Sheen left!
Same
Leave it to looper to make a pointless 10 min video that makes the 2 and a half men finale seems complicated like Tenet. Also 8 years too late?
The piano drop was really stupid. I just watched the hole show and yeah it was better with sheen but its really not that bad with ashton
why they dont kill alan off in the series
hes so annoying
Bridget aka Myra??!! I don't think they should ever use the same actress for different roles in the same show. Just my opinion.
The show does it numerous times. Happened with Chelsea and Kandi too
the series finale of two and a half men was terrible and so bad and i hated it
Bring back a sit com the harper's
After Charlie was canned, the show continued? Hm....well you learn something everyday I suppose.
Since he play an ex baseball player in Anger Management they shoud have bought the rights to the character Rick Vaughn and make it a spinn off to Major League.
Charlie played him and the guy had issues with anger....
The finale was just a huge middle finger to Sheen
I swear, how do people not notice that? They just wanted to rub it in his face one last time.
Eh, guy's an entitled prick. He deserves it (a shame the show had to suffer for it though)
I agree I was thinking the same exact thing
did you really just call Buffalo Bill the antagonist of silence of the lambs?!?
So the show ends with Jake being a millionaire what happened to Charlie's brother and Walden on the last episode?
Nothing really. They just keep on living. No real conclusion for their character arcs
People actually watched it to the end? I had assumed they pulled the plug mid season considering how poor it was post Sheen
The gal from Misery needs to come out and play for them killing Charlie. I have never felt so strongly about a TV show as I do this one and my buddy Charlie Sheen.
Everyone has known for years.
I skipped from season 9 to the finale two episodes its not the same without charlie

Final episode is only for feeding Chuck Lorre poor ego CHARLIE WAS THE SHOW all know this
Charlie was a drunk to bad he was hard to work with on the set no one could replace him on two and half men so sad with the talent they all had together 😒😒😒😒
To me two and half of men season 9 its going to be my last season to whacti i didn't like it it wasn't funny the only thing I like about it when alan was playing as his brother
😢
Idont
By lorre closing that door he killed his career. Cuz the show sucked after he left
