Oh yeah. They'll handle a crazy cow trying to climb out if one would ever try. No trouble selling them that's for sure. My Dad and brother carry them around with a front end loader & never a concern about bending them.
Yes on all points. They were interested in being on the video too. I'm sure it will get watched a few times. It's fun to be famous! I knew they built them, but never watched before. Going to do some work there myself to build a firewood screener hopefully right away.
Yes! Kind of like a bee hive or anthill. Everyone does their part and suddenly great things accomplished. I couldn't believe how fast it was . 3 minutes per panel is nuts. Bonus is working inside when it's -35!
Yes. I think a few guys wear the particle masks & warm days they have the fans going and doors open. Wouldn't be good to spend days & weeks on end in there that's for sure. They've got it set up well though.
Yes. They can sure put them together quick. Going to work in their shop a bit to build myself a firewood screener. Hopefully right away. Check out my playlist of liked videos to see what I want to build. Hope you are doing well.
Crazy hey? I'm pulling in just under 50,000$/week on add revenue! Well.... maybe if we were talking Zimbabwe dollars at the peak of their hyperinflation. Lol. Hope you enjoyed the video. I was fascinated watching how fast they were being built. Stay tuned!
They're MIG, just a big bottle manifold with remote lines. I suppose the cleaning prep on the used pipe is not critical enough to worry about in this application. Cool setup hey? Stay tuned for further nonsense and entertainment my friend and thanks for watching and for your comment.
@@lovesloudcars I MIG weld oil field pipe all the time. If I don't grind off the rust and corrosion coatings, I get terrible porosity. Do you know what wire type and size they are using and the shielding gas type? Maybe I need to make a change in my welding process. Thanks
Yes. I knew they had the plasma cutter & built the panels, but had no idea how quick things worked. 3 minutes per panel is crazy. I am currently gathering parts & idea plans to build a firewood screener ( video definitely will be made) and will be doing some of the metal work there in their shop.
@@barnycanuck6234 that will definitely save space and money. The fixing old cars would still happen, you'd just have more money and projects tied into other projects as well . At least that's how it goes for my house...
For sure! If you want to buy some or contact them email me at lovesloudcars@gmail.com and I'll get you in touch with them. Pretty cool setup hey? Thanks for watching and your comment. Stay tuned for further nonsense and entertainment my friend.
Great video!! Can't imagine the electric draw from all those welders LOL Fast moving for sure! Thanks for the show!!
Yes. The power bill & argon/co2 volume usage must be pretty steep.
It was a fun field trip.
@@lovesloudcars Thanks for the reply, and again, all the best!!
At first I thought they were using exhaust tubing till I saw the closeup on the plasma cutter. They're making a heavy well built product.

Using old drill pipe.
Looks like some fine fence. That's one hell of an operation. I bet those kids are having the time of their lives lol.

Seems like the selfmade Pipeslayer has held up great for 5 years now..all we need now is a robot welder
Yes! It's fantastic hey? A robot welder would be pretty cool. I guess that will give Kenny something to figure out next!
Yup should sit down a collaborate again about a cnc welder..
Beautiful view in the wonderful
Thank you. Keep watching!
try getting ventilation for the workers.

I don't see any gas bottles and they aren't cleaning the pipe. Are they using flux core welding?

@@rksando1 I'll check, that's a good point. Hopefully I'll get a chance to ask the welding boss fairly soon before I forget.
Makes short work of coping those joints. Lots of neat stuff going on if one takes the time to " get out there" eh
