The workmanship on the installation is top notch, no doubt, but that is a stupid amount of metal to cut out of the front guard when a couple of small bends in the snorkel could have halved the amount needed to be removed.
Sorry guys, I will keep looking for a snorkel for my Dmax
Thanks Andy, the last 12 years in business we have been doing it this way to keep the bends on the outside of the guard to a minimum and also to avoid painful plumbing situations between inner and outer guard.
It all comes down to preference in the end.

No, Safari Snorkel you would need to repair/replace the guard
Is the snorkel needed, why does the pickup manufacturer ignore it if it is really needed?
Different climates and locations also personal preference, the dealer snorkels are plastic and commonly sun damaged over a short amount of time. They also don't look very good in our opinion
What air saw are you using?
Hey Paul, this is just a generic brand air saw
The trick is to have extra layers of tape encase the blade comes out of the cut
