      but his artificial supplements that he wants you to fork out some good money for is healthy.....lol think for yourself. Besides he contradicts himself a lot. he is fine with smoothies if you use his artificial meal replacement powder. i'll take an all natural fruit smoothie any day over some man made meal replacement jargon

    Interesting video and fascinating perspectives, Dr. Gundry. The emphasis on gut health and the discussion around the benefits of adding natural substances like olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and psyllium husk to water are particularly noteworthy. It's refreshing to hear alternative views to conventional nutritional science, even though some concepts (like hydrogen gas in water) may require further scientific exploration. I appreciate the insights and look forward to learning more about your research and recommendations. Thank you for sharing your knowledge!"

    No one eats grass, be it barley grass or wheat grass. The grass is juiced and the grass itself goes in the trash.
    First thing in the morning after drinking water and doing my exercise, I enjoy my smoothies without fruit. I have a handful of blueberries (not fruit), spoonful of barley grass (without the grass), differrent veggies, water, and tablespoon flaxseeds.
    If I don't have the smoothie for breakfast, I either drink a cup of freshly juiced celery or a whole grapefruit.
    Sometimes I will add fruit to my lunch like a tangerine or a grapefruit (if I don't have it for breakfast) mixed with a large bowl of raw veggie salad. Or I would just have a whole raw veggie salad for lunch. Sometimes I will just squeeze the tangerine juice (or a squeezed lemon) on my veggies as a dressing or mix it with mustard, olive oil, and tangerine juice.
    For dinner I have a veggie salad and no fruit. Some of the veggies will be cooked (most times with a pressure cooker) mixed in with my raw veggies using olive oil, applecider vinager, and garlic.
    I drink two cups of spring water in the morning, then I use of 4 cup preservative bottle to mix lemon, celtic sea salt, in spring water, then I drink at two cups of spring water later in the day (sometimes more sometimes less).
    I have two B12 suppliemts a week. D3 in each morning since almost my whole time in working inside, and a small amount of potassium and magnesium before bed.
    My exercise in the morning is 20 minutes on the rebounder, 10 mins weights, 30 mins with resistance bands (full hour first thing in the morning). Because I am at my desk all day, I will do more exercise about every hour (5 or 10 mins) as the bands and rebounder setup is just a few feet from my desk. I try, which is my weakness, to walk 2 or 3 km a day while I stare as far in the distance as I can because I stare at a monitor all day. I have not been able to be consistant with this and consider the walking my bigest failure.
    I use to drink one cup of coffee a day and quiting this drug was a life changer. I do believe this caused a leaky gut, etc. I quit smoking years ago after reading a book "the only way to spot smoking" by allen carr was also a life changer. That book didn't only help me become a non-smoker, like one whose never smoked before, made me come to believe that one can do anything easy as long as they are 100% convinced, eg. convinced smoking does nothing for you, then you can stop easy. I used that to change my diet overnight, stop coffee overnight, etc. I just read until I was totally convinced.
    I use to call myself a vegan and wondered why I was rejected among vegans. I found out it was because I wore leather belts, shoes, and jackets and used horse hair for my violin strings. Later I would say vegan diet, then plant based diet. But really I am just a person that eats plants or on a plant diet. Forget this plant BASE stuff. And its mostly raw.
    I sometimes cheat.
    The diet does come with a curse for me though. I am a christian and unlike most or all christians I know, I believe when someone becomes a christian, their very nature changes. They are saints as Paul always calls a christian and not sinners. It doesn't mean christians don't sin. And most importantly, christians cannot lose their salvation. With that christian belief and plant diet, I am cursed to be alone my entire life. I haven't had a date in 30 years and don't even consider it anymore.
    A few things Dr Gundry said that is causing me to consider is dropping raw spinach, lemons, and ginger, and due some high levels of Lectin drop raw bell peppers and a handful of other raw veggies. I find some of the things Dr Gundry says is very hard to swallow. But I am looking forward to watching more of his videos to understand more.

    • @seppimweb5925
      @seppimweb5925 8 месяцев назад +1

      "The 'China Study' by T. Colin Campbell provides intriguing insights into the relationship between diet and chronic diseases, emphasizing the benefits of a plant-based diet. While the study presents significant arguments for reducing the consumption of animal products, it's important to consider the methodological criticisms raised. These include concerns about selective data interpretation, distinguishing between correlation and causation, and the generalizability of the results to other populations. The study is a valuable contribution to understanding nutritional science, but its conclusions should be viewed in the context of a broader scientific discourse and considering a range of research findings."
