  • I made this video primarily to help show others that you can lose weight even if it's hard to do and how I overcame my depression but I will be making another weight loss video next week and hopefully you guys enjoy the videos!       Jesus Christ Haven’t drank hardly any sugary stuff and have gotten to 280 and haven’t been having half the problems I used to

    Eat go lean cereal and use almond milk its healthy and it fills you up :)

      Pack Attack Gaming Yes I know I’ve been watching everything I do and have kept around 285ish depending on the day but still got work to do and way more motivation from seeing the weight fall off almost it’s crazy!
