Hot take: legend choice barely matters in pubs and most ranks. its mainly about aim, positioning, then movement.
Agreeeeeed
Cold take
Nah. Wraith genuinely is ass lmao
W take
I am (was) a wraith main and i'm a pretty aggressive player. When it came to wraith, she was very easy and simple to play. However, there were major flaws when new legends kept getting released into the game, countering wraith's movement and abilities. I found it best for me to try out a new legend, which was Revenant who became my new main. Due to legends countering abilities, I found it best if Revenant's highly aggressive play style was the best way to avoid everything thrown in my way. His tactical does damage and cancels abilities for 15 seconds allowing a huge amount of time to do a lot of damage. His movement is much different than other legends because of his massive wall climbing abilities, making unexpected plays to throw off the enemy.
Thank you for coming to my TED talk.
Wraith tactical is my most hated part of her kit. I’m getting shot after entering phase, I climb the smallest pebble and it cancels, and I can hear it’s audio queue activating right as someone walks up to me with no fucking audio
The 2 worst characters in the game lol
Lol you're addicted to being mid
@@prfktn too bad lmao
@@jackwaters5466 rev maybe but wraith is def in top5 legends
It probably wasn't intended but this video gives big "quit having fun" vibes
Yeah. Translation: stop picking characters for fun and main the sweaty meta legends
fr
Definitely feels like that, probably not his intention but yeah 🤷
@@faeunicorn2620 for sure that wasn’t the intention. I think it was intended to be a light-hearted video to poke fun at popular Legends.
@@Kintaku yeah I can see that
This video in a nutshell:PLAY HORIZON AND SEER
And make the playerbase suffering even higher. I can't stand fighting horizons anymore
I refuse. I use wraith to entry frag
They do be meta tho
Octane is a real one for me
Most horizon players I had above dia 4 all were trash! :D Wraith mains turned horizon main. Cant wait for the bald horizon prestige skin.
I can’t believe Bloodhound is on this list. They’re a very strong pick, and is even seeing a decent amount of use in ALGS, particularly EMEA.
Right I'm a bloodhound main and I 100% disagree with him keep sticking with blood his ult can last for a while unlike seers can get destroyes
@@aryankhan8253 For some reason I'm an above average user of the Wingman, however during the BH ultimate I'll wipe a squad with the wingman. This is such a noticeable thing for me that I pick him on and off just to wing clap some games. Its either the extra speed meshing with bullet speed/drop or its the gray and red colors.
Also the extra scans in Ultimate plus taking people out and getting even more scans can be better than seer in 3v3s. BH Ultimate interrupts abilities also by making them a deathbox.
dumb takes here imo and i love ottr but hes completely wrong on this video lol horizon is actually a hard legend to play when new...and the movement can be TOO MUCH for players and distracts them into focusing on movement admintingly supeer funnnnnnnnnnn but-, as someone who mained horizon cuz all the players said SHES THE BEST i admit I am one of these players that got too used/having fun with movement, when reality is - she is great , but when I lost my 2 teammates, and people were taking her every game.. I had to relearn my movement. Try a char not really relies on movement to begin with so u avoid this then, get good on a char with movement and u will be 10 x better than ur typical Apex player.
Aim/positioning/rotation are 3 way stronger thigns to argue over just movement , then u got looting ect but obvious as much as the first 3 you would think.- if u cant aim/position/rotate ect and loot , moving will just prolong death- logic. Which most players lack. this is a team based game as well hes not mentioning what they are pairing with ect. NO SUCH THING AS THE BEST LEGEND.... frustrates me people make these videos xD
as a wattson main that plays her in pubs can confirm we are weirdos
As representative of all pubs Caustic players. We agree.
😂😂
Playing on zips in buildings are so much fun, though.
Aye
As a wattson main I can back that up
2:11 "to get back to your team" that's the best joke I've heard in a while. Good one there 😂😂
The reason i still use bloodhound is BECAUSE of his ult makes the enemy red, you might be doesnt need it, but for my body is a huge help, because its ult basically send massive "shot here" signal to my brain, with exactly "where to shot". I hate my brain for how easily i got disoriented during the gunfight with lots of effect on the screen, i mostly miss my shots because of those effects and the standart white color on screen crosshair that went opaque when moving doesnt help either.
Maybe you are a bit color blind like me.
idk with practice you get better at distinguishing opponents on your screen, and its healthier overall to not rely on the crutch of his ult and then fail all other times. You can also consider changing brightness, contrast, color settings on your display
Ah yes, let's encourage the really boring current meta of Horizon and Seer, sounds great.
Also people, DON'T play Seer if you haven't already, you'll fall down the rabbit hole of relying on his crutches and when he's actually tuned down after his heirloom comes out, you'll struggle to play without it as there is NO WAY he stays ANYWHERE near as strong as he is. (Plus the devs confirmed he's getting addressed soon on twitter anyways)
fr it's so annoying
Octane is not as bad as you think. His passive sometimes can save you from the zone (1 or 2) if you are 1 hp, you have heat shield and you don't possess any heals (and if you are close to the zone as well) you can throw a heat shield, heal up a bit, and maybe manage to pass on to the zone.
His Q is actually useful during the fight, yes, it does take a few of your hp, but you're going to strafe much faster than any other legend which means you'll be much harder to track. Plus, as you've mentioned, it makes your movement one of the fastest in the whole game, nothing prevents you from learning at least the basics.
I agree that the jump pad is not the best rotating tool, but most people actually suck at using it. You need to know how to place it properly, destroy it with nades if you're taking high ground or either escaping, plus it allows you to transport your knocked teammates to a safer place (you just need to know how to place it correctly, which I've mentioned already). Also I've noticed that while escaping on a jump pad many people activate their stim before launching, which you should stop doing in order to play octane more accurately.
im not reading allat🤣🙅
Gen z attention span moment
As an octane main myself... well said, also when popping a Phoenix or med kit ALWAYS stim just before it finishes to get a free stim, I stopped carrying syringes as I literally never used them, I’ll only carry medkits, being able to heal to full and stim back into a fight is underrated, also I stim strafe almost every fight and it works in my favour 90% of the time most octanes are scared to stim in a fight because of the minor health loss
@@XILPIX Indeed. Forgot to mention the free stim, I always do it myself too, and while stimming during the fight you have many options besides strafing (sliding, climbing, etc)
Most people base their opinion about that legend on those octane mains who just push with the jump pad using it completely incorrectly and die, that's why I decided to explain all of this in the first place.
No such thing as bad legends. Just bad game sense 😂
No, I won't play horizon and seer. Everyone hates them. Please stop advertising the use of them.
All the characters you mention as bad have their own strengths that keep them up there for a reason, while you mostly just look at the negatives. And revenant is honestly underrated. He has a unique movement pattern and one of the best passives in the game and can shut down any abilities for 15 seconds. While the Ultimate should be reversed or fixed, he's not overall a bad character to pick up. A big reason he's not picked is because he's difficult to play and that he's not as loved in higher tier lobbies.
Revenant tactical is actually pretty good if you know what you're doing with it. Granted his totem really pulls his pick rate down. This is definitely an advanced technique but wall running with his passive definitely confuses alot of people
just no
im a rev man and yeah wallrunning is hella cool but i cant do it on console
i dont mind not being able to but that wallrunning passive if it comes would be amazing since he cant wallbounce
@@ow3n999 why?
he can climb horizontally and im assuming cant use guns seems pretty easy to beam
although a more skilled pc player with tapstrafes could be a issue
@@clxckb4it340 Go watch a youtuber named "Gaupee" and you'll see he has some bonkers revenant movement. He is very hard to hit and the wallruns are not easy to counter in the heat of the moment
@@BradChadley ive seen and faught wallrunning revs they arnt to hard to counter
most of em dont know how to use it or are doing it wrong
i put in my comment that its not very good unless its by a skilled pc player (on console/controller you cant really do it since no tap strafe)
guapee is also just very good at the game most players wont be doing crazy skate 3 tricks
Have you ever thought about that some people use certain legends because they are FUN
I use rev for mostly his wall climbing for getting high ground, sneaking up on teams, or to avoid enemies. His tac is useful for throwing at a team as a flashbang since you cant see through it and it affects your screen. I have basically nothing to say about his ult exept for the confidence boost you get when you have it active.
same. he can get in spots others can't thanks to the wall climb. high ground can make a huge difference. he could use a slight buff though like a longer ult again. it's too easy for people to just run away for 10-15 secs since it's a fast timer now. the mobility is the only good thing he really has atm that can make him tough to fight.
That confidence boost part is so true, I always get in a situation where I don't want to push but then I just ult and instantly gain confidence.
3:57 You mention that you cannot escape with pathfinders grapple once it is on cooldown, but you cannot escape with Horizon's lift when it is on cooldown either. I don't see your point
She can use the passive to zip around faster when falling from any terrain and her animations are weird which makes her hard to hit.
Paths cool down usually is longer
Horizon has a static and predictable cd. With Pathfinder your cd could be anywhere from ~10 sec to ~30 to 35 seconds
I use Vantage. I think she has a bit of everything. A recon passive with the actual passive recon legends get, a movement tactical and a long range sniper.
If she wasn’t fat I’d main her
And epic dance emotes 💃
Same I love vantage, she fits my play style perfectly
Used to be an Octane main but recently I've switched over to Bangalore. She's still speedy and aggro like Octane but offers much more utility and more importantly strategy with her smoke and ult.
This is literally exactly what I’ve been doing. All I need is my 4k 20 and about 400 more kills on Octane and I’m done with him for goof
I definitely agree, buuuuuut
Speed is life, sorry man
I play bloodhound because seer is so strong, I am the chad that refuses to switch simply because I consider seer unfun. I did play seer and I can easily go back If I ever wanted to, but I like Bloodhound more.
BH imo is the best. And seer possibly will be nerfed anyway. I play seer and I consider him a no brain required to play
I actually have always preferred Seer and Crypto for the same reason. Idk why but Bloodhound just doesn’t feel as satisfying for me.
@@Kintaku it's the exact opposite for me lol
@@NamelessCleric it’s so funny how people can have completely different perspectives on the same thing lol
I still am convinced that a good Bloodhound player is better than a bad Seer player. Especially in low elo (In my case Silver 3) where everyone who actually plays Seer throws out their ult in the open for me to destroy and I simply run the enemy over as they have no clue where I am anymore. Expierenced Bloodhound players have more knowledge of where the enemies are even without a scan. That is the reason I still dislike playing Seer as he is just useless if you play him poorly.
I have just started playing octane in ranked and let me tell you most of the downsides listed can be offset by not being stupid. His stim has the same effect as a blood ult for a fight, his jumppads make capitalizing on multiple cracks/ a knockdown easy. And rotation for the team is pretty good when there aren’t many people around or you can quickly jump behind cover. My team was struggling to capitalize on our damage and once i switched we started wiping squads far more consistently.
I would also disagree with horizon having good horizontal movement. It does get you forward, but not far enough in most cases. It also doesn’t let you take high ground behind a team you are pushing.
Thing is to find an octane player who knows this is as rare as finding a wraith that won't lobby after getting knocked. And then, if you get an octane that knows how to do all this, you have to hope your other two teammates can pick up on what octane wants to do. Nothing sucks more than throwing down a jump pad to ape a squad with one knocked and then realising your two teammates are still poking from afar
Ottr didn't mention us because we are [OffTheGrid]. Mission accomplished fellow Crypto main.
I play caustic only on kings canyon because I try to trap them in bunker only to fail and go back to the lobby
Here are my thoughts on this topic
Octane is really useful in lower ranked lobbies since his tactical makes him harder to hit if you’re moving around and i highly doubt lower ranked players can beam him out of the sky when he uses his jump pad. If you intend to use him in high ranked lobbies then you have to really learn your movement
Wraith is supposed to be a hit and run type legend her tactical is really useful for getting to cover safely or repositioning and her ult can be used to save downed teammates or getting out of fights. Her passive can really save your life (when it works)
Bloodhound is much easier to use than seer so i will recommend people learning bloodhound before seer and his ult with the right combo can be useful for pushing and thirsting teams
Pathfinder is fun to use but his zip line is the only useful ability he has when it comes to team play
Revenant is really good with setting up ambushes wether solo or with the right team combo and his ult is still really good if used correctly imo
Guapee would like to have a word with you about revenant
I disagree with seer and blood seer can see everything and solo queue he is trash if your teammate or randoms are not calling anything out his ult is the only time the team other than him can see the enemy
4:46 Why is nobody saying the BH ulti lowers your scan cd so you can spam it?
You should retitle this video to "Your Main Sucks, and Here's why you should Crutch Meta Legends"
In conclusion, stop playing your favorite character and start playing the same 3 broken and overpowered characters 😐
Wait so what is the best legend then???
Caustic's ult is the THE best paramedic move in the game. I use to to rez downed people. Throw a trap next to them, shoot it then pop your ult your have enough gas and cover to rez someone. Enemy usually wont push and cant see the rez.
The question is, why are there still bad legends? I think all legends need some adjustments.
i play revenant because hes fun, not because hes good, i hope he gets buffed, yes, but hes fun
As a Lifeline main, I was lowkey expecting Lifeline to be on this list. I don't even play her to hard counter Seers. I just like the option to heal and popping a battery at the same time, as well as being able to revive teammates and provide covering fire.
She is one of my mains and I like playing her for the same reason, its nice to quickly heal yourself after a fight and leave
I also like how I can res a teammate and keep fighting, and getting purple sheilds from care package if youre having a slow game
she is just very convenient
Bloodhounds ult clears up a lot of effect clutter, gives you the speed of a stimmed octane, and turns you into a walking digi. Seer’s tactical and passive don’t tell you what legend you’re looking at nearly as well as bloodhounds tactical. Bloodhound is a better legend all around, but seer is better as a recon legend specifically. His whole kit revolves around scans, very little offensive use aside from the occasional lucky heal or rez cancel. If you’re aggressive play bloodhound, if you’re passive play seer.
You cant really tell us to change our legend just bc a other legend is better we play wraith octane revenant etc bc we love that legend and its playstyle and what it can do were all different plus remember to have fun
I understand that movement legends are not the best, but I only play them because I consider movement to be more skilful than just using abilities. Playing wraith feels like playing the game on a hard mode.
Don’t worry, all these legends will be meta once horizon and seer get nerfed next season👍
i completely agree with octane and wraith
Finally someone who knows apex
I remember the first few seasons, Wraith's passive was really strong. The passive would go off on time instead of when you're already getting shot at.
I completely agree with this vid great content as always my only issue is that I tried swapping from wraith to ash and just didn't feel as comfortable on her. But now I have almost given up on wraith, and I have no idea who to play anymore I've tried both horizon and valk and I don't like either of their kits.
Try Ash.
@@baldwinivofjerusalem47 Bro did you not read the first goddamn sentence
@@baldwinivofjerusalem47 try reading
I mean, obviously you're not going to feel as comfortable on a legend you don't play as much. Surely that's common sense?
I was a bh main as a complete noob, then Fuse, and now Ash has taken my heart. She's really fun as long as your playstyle matches (i.e. pinging death boxes, aggro third partying). Her ult can be used aggressively to take an unexpected angle (careful not to expose yourself and get beamed) or as an escape, if you throw her tac down to prevent a chase. It's also useful to get out of storm. I think she's good paired with a scan legend and maybe someone like Valk, since you can traverse the map to fresh death boxes at the blink of an eye.
Have you tried Maggie? She's great. Her tactical is amazing
keep on wraith, this guy has an L take. wraith is and always will be an extremely extremely powerful legend
Path is the most fun legend in the game. I get hit noticeably more with him, but the fun factor is worth it in pubs.
When I get frustrated by getting beamed though, I switch to Ash. She’s amazing!
i’m not sure but I think ottr wants you to play horizon
i dont know if they fixed it as havent played pathy in a while, but whenever i used to scan beacons it would instantly charge my ult even if i literally just used it and it was at 0% charge
The only other abilities that allow you to somewhat match/go faster than Octane would be: Newcastle’s ultimate, which only puts your momentum up to 1000 for a second or two. Valkyrie’s ultimate, which now puts you at a steady 1,500 momentum level for a few seconds. (Undoubtedly better than Octane’s pad) Neither of these abilities would be used in the same manner as Stim. Next is Wraith. Her tactical puts her at a good 190- 200 speed. However, with the charge up taking a few seconds and slowing you down by around 100 momentum levels, it’s definitely slower. Some may argue it allows you to avoid damage, but only for 4 seconds, and you’ll also get beamed once you exit.
For reference, Octane’s stim allows for 240 levels of momentum. Which isn’t even the max speed he can go. So if you think any other Legend is faster than the Mexican cr*ckhead himself, burn in hell
(I’m kidding about that last bit, but still)
Oh, and Bangalore’s passive, too. Definitely great, but it doesn’t last all that long, plus only works while you’re getting shot
Forgot the best one of all Bloodhounds Ult. 🤦♂
Stim + FLIR + repeat scans, wall hax
@@Crazyhorrse Their ult is the slowest speed wise though, significantly slower than Bangalore and Octane
@@shadowreaper3582 you said somewhat faster not which was the fastest. But at the end turned to random stuff so I dunno read your own words. Lol
@@Crazyhorrse My main point is proving that Octane has unrivaled speed, but the costs may be less than other Legend’s speed. (Wraith, Bloodhound, Pathfinder, ect.) However, even if you subtract 25 health, you’ll still be extremely hard to hit.
Then again, using Octane correctly takes a ton of skill and practice.
just started playing caustic 2 days ago. 300 kills later I am loving it. Such easy building defense.
I like wattson cuz of her hitbox, she has the same hitbox as wraith from what I remember so it won't be as difficult to switch to wraith compared to if I were to switch from like caustic to wraith.
When someone picks wraith and I end up with something like Gibbie I always end up dying cause half of my bodie is not behind cover.
Both Seer and Bloodhound are somewhat in a equal footing both have advantage and disadvantage
The only thing that works way to good is a revenant creeping up behind a squad while they are distracted...
i main wraith cuz am solo player and i cant count on my teammates if i had one that didnt leave already and the tactical is a game changing for me tbh and the portal to hit some insane clips with it like trapping people or using the portal to minpulate my oppenoents i used to main her before i knew faide or its timmy but i knew aceu and the guy created zip line movment some people play it just to play her but i use her as movment legend like hozi and octane but i like wraith more cuz the jumpad or the uplift is easy to track and to kill and cuz am consle player but if i was pc i would play some octane and hozi more than often but my main will still be wraith
i play wattson as if she has thru door skill flashbangs, if someone gets stunned its a free kill, someone takes a zipline free kill, yet such low pickrate
As a 34k kill day one Octane main I can safely say that he is a pretty bottish character in most of the player bases hands. Def agree that the vast majority of people don't know how to use him properly. Utilizing the stim in a fight to increase your movement and strafe speed is a big advantage but knowing when to sacrifice the hp for the movement is a skill all in it's own. Something a lot of people aren't aware of or utilize is the ability to bunny hop heal at full speed under stim. Only character that can still do it. Padding an enemy off a door, padding downed teammates, meleeing next to the pad to go straight up, slide and melee into the pad to fly backwards, stimming to climb slightly higher etc. etc. Unfortunately, the Octane main stereotype of abusing stim to get loot, brainlessly padding into fights, stimming away from teammates, and just the overall low IQ plays are spot on. They just give the very small majority of us slightly less braindead Octane mains a bad name lol
i still lose when i play horizon.. cant win any 1v1 :(
Finally someone says something about wraiths horrible kit!CAUSE GOD SHES JUST SO BAD IVE BEEN SAYING IT FOR AGES.
Shake my hand 🤝
I hate to say it... but you don't know how to play some of the legends. I use Wraith when I know I will have bad team mates, that place themselves in compromising situations (like Bronze players). There has been several times I have seen us in a bad spot, being pushed, and I portal pre emptivly to safety. It comes in clutch all the time.
I main octane since I started playing in season 2. I had people leave my game because I picked a bad legend. Of course he sucked back then and he is not op now. But there is one thing why I never cared about what other people said and what people say now: he is stupid fun. His kit ia intuitive, his personality matches the overall flow of the game and most importantly, he fast. Also his ultimate is not an engagement tool but a follow up tool which you use once you ensured they will not be beaming you
I don't care how good a character is as long as they are fun and someof the better legends just don't do it for me. But I know from experience that most people have no idea how to utilize octane properly and often do more harm than good for the team. Plus the whole loot stealing stereltype. But at the end of the day it is a shooter and abilities are merely accessories.
As a wraith main, I knew she was gonna be on this list. But I’ve spent too much on her and I’m never going to change my main and I don’t get why people think every wraith main leaves after getting knocked because I never do that edit: there was no reason for you to make this video let people main anyone they want
OK I’m not through this video right now but Matt Maggie is extremely good right now specially since you can craft the PK immediately so you have a possible 99 damage shot with normal movement and possibly 40% plus movement because of the ball and if they’re hiding behind cover and you try to beam them all you gotta do is destroy that cover with the drill player once or twice you will like it
According to this video the entire playerbase should be playing either Valk or Horizon
Ik octane is outclassed but I just main him cause I love his personality
Bro why did I laugh so hard from a video that wasn't attended to be funny "if you play wattson or Caustic in pubs, YOHR A WEIRDO" 😂😂😂😂😂
That's the point of any game Fun. But he is a content creator, he needs to post videos
I got 57.000 kills on Pathy.. Should I stop playing him in Ranked T.T
Wattson just has a very large skill gap. The difference between a good wattson and a bad one is ridiculous. If you learn how to become a combat wattson and unlock the full potential of her fences, she is one of the best legends in the game. It’s the noobs who pick her and place 2 fences a game and don’t use her alt correctly that make her look bad
1.3k in 30 minutes? Holy shit
wraiths utility requires map knowledge. Use her q to bait teams out of their superior cover by seemingly messing up.
Alternatively utilise off angles that make another teams approach harder ideally somewhere you can punish the other team for trying to push your teammates and somewhere your team can punish them for pushing you.
The portal is not useful very often but it can allow for some very unpredictable flanks in final zones.
I think both wraith and path will see some competitive play if broken moon comes to comp. I think they both offer more on that map than others.
Me as the last crypto player after the snap
You saying I have to switch from rev to a boring seer or valk, i even stick to rev more lol
why is the whole video zoomed in
I use octane because I have no patience and I push every fight. I do same with path. But in ranked I play different and don't use octane
To be honest, I agree. Octane players are really bad. I main him, as his stim is amazing for pito strafing and some crazy movement tech. Every time I fight someone when I'm strafing like there's no tomorrow my teammates usually go: 'so thats why you wanted him' or smth like that. Whenever someone else takes him they either use him as a crutch or just like his abilities, and I'm stuck playing rampart ad pito strafing with Sheila. (Which is still scary, but less effective)
i guess i’m a weirdo for play wattson in pubs, but i main horizon so it cancels out
We need a single video with all legends
This
you don't see the value in Octane being able to get away from a fight? don't you play with randoms?
there is no BEST , just play what you feel comfy with and go from there. You're an individual, do what you think is most fun/best for you. Nobody else can decide this.
That being said I suggest playing every legend and giving them a chance - Rampart is lowest pickrate but compare her to catalyst shes amazing , TO ME! lol - others will argue and rightfully so.
Thus why there are different legends meaning different advantages, and/or disadvantages. Learn your playstyle then choose your "main" if you choose to MAIN one legend. Dont rate the character for only movement or ratting abilities...theres more to apex than this- (I suggest focus on aim/positioning/rotation then movement last IMO. - If you cant do any of the first 3 then moving is only prolonging your death. ik ik movement is fun af! im guilty of focusing on it when i started!)
Pathfinder is great in arenas due to his height so many more headglitch spots with him.
Wraith passive works great, gotten me from being shot and warned my teammates before shots ring out..what are you talking about
To be honest this video is the most massive L i've seen from an Apex RUclipsr, wow.
Telling people that the legend of their choosing is bad and than other legends are just "superior" even though they may be, doesn't disqualify the other legends as being useful.
Just because you might think every team is needing the PERFECT TRIO COMPOSITION, SEER, HORIZON, VALK, and that playing fun legends such as pathfinder is wrong in a competitive sense, is just downright incorrect, any legend can work well in any competitive scenario, of course some might have better odds, but it is still down to skill.
Your takes on the legends are just L after L.
What about instead of saying why the legends suck, maybe give em a way to make their legend WORK, and be useful ? That'd be a way more informative video than a 8 minute ramble on how a guy thinks that all you should play is seer and horizon.
I’m a octane main I love the movement he is just fast that’s why he has is played so much
is something about mad Maggie, valk and vintage
after sending my friend this he still always play octane and always push without a thinking twice
But how bad will they nerf seer!?!? I love playing him but i am scared they will make him unplayable season 16!! I been playing valk and bang a lot to be ready to switch characters cuz im too scared they gna rape seer
Ash and maggie are funnn
if you can't tap strafe you shouldn't be playing octane lmao
The whole point of this video is to point out the abilities of each legend and why there good or bad and when you said to rev main not to play him any good rev can silence enemy abilities making them useless pretty powerful in my opinion
Real talk: I main caustic cuz I can't hit shit.
I wanna see full outro :D
holy smokes!
O still don’t know if I main loba , rampart or wraith so I play all of them
this was the first game I ever even tried mnk on and I can confirm that I mained octane at that time because I didn't want to fall behind my team lol
i'll still play him in pubs but I would agree that he is pointless to play in ranked given the better abilities of other characters
bro dont hire this editor agian please the last videos editor was hella good
Dude, respawn is gonna bring out the seer heirloom, then when people pay respawn (buying his heirloom),they are gonna nerf him TO THE GROUND
Why didn’t you talk about how lifeline has a 4.3% vs new castle and gibby are both in the 1%
Glad to know getting good at horizon has paid off well. She’s still really good
Only thing i prefer about bh over seer is his wide scan
I play legends I know how to play. I spent a fair amount of time before I decide if I like the legend or not. For example I'm trying catalyst and absolutely loving her in ranked.
first delete seer from the game and if you main a ''bad legend'' switch if you want but i think is better dont switch and learn the legend that you play or main better
As an octane main the first 20 seconds hurt
Eh, I disagree on that Octane statement. I argue that Octane is the best character that new players can start out with. He's less punishing when learning and once you start to get the hang of the game he becomes insanely fun. The movement speed helps you keep up with your team (which new players might struggle with) and generally get you out of bad situations / positioning. Personally if it hadn't been for Octane I wouldn't have stuck with Apex because damn the game doesn't make it easy to learn.
Bad habits you can pick up from him are being overly aggressive and forgetting that you need to heal up your health too. I bumped into this issue when I decided to learn Revenant as my second main.
I honestly don't see an issue with mains.
Like, sure, Horizon is arguably better than both Octane and Rev. But I'd much rather listen to Rev's exasperated, 'done with your shit' voicelines or Octane's overconfident, cocky, speedster attitude before I'll enjoy listening to Horizon.
Being meta isn't the only reason people pick their legend. It comes down to a lot of things.
People play Mirage, not because he's meta movement legend but because he's fun! His dialogue is enjoyable.
Why not present new players with alternatives by introducing them to a new character in an in-depth guide rather than bashing a character they enjoy playing?
I main wattson and Loba. I have the best luck with wattson I think due to comfort
With seer they know they can see you for ages so they will expect you
