Actually mam when there were holidays I watched some of your previous lecture. After viewing them I wanna ask difference between vessels, xylem and phloem. I was also trying to ask in the session but the chat was very quick.

Umm vessels are basically the thing which help the water and nutrients to reach to the leaves while zylem helps to transport water through vessels and phloem is to transport food through vessels.hope this helps

Home work answer :
The organs of leafs of a tree have a large number of tiny pores called stomata on their surface. Each pore is surrounded by a pair of cells called guard cells. The opening and closing of pores in leaf is controlled by guard cells. The gas carbon dioxide is present in air enters the organs leaf through pores of stomata and utilised in food making process called photosynthesis. The gas glucose is produced during process of photosynthesis goes out through the same pores called stomata
