- Northwood University Visiting Professor and Global Ambassador Dr Gad Saad has called out Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and urged Canadians to hit pause on the “woke craziness” in the country.
Sky News host Rita Panahi also hit out at the Canadian leader, calling him a “woke neo-Marxist”.

Try working in the school with them! Democrats are the very reason I'm no longer a democrat! I'm biracial (Afro-indigenous and White) and like an idiot I spoke politics with someone I thought I could trust. Next thing I know the principal told me that my values and the school's values don't aline and they were relieving me of my duties. I asked them if it had anything to do with a conversation I had with so and so and they said they couldn't confirm but very plausible! They only care about your race when you think like them, if you don't think like them, they all of a sudden see you as an enemy! There was a time similar where if you didn't think like a certain group you had to be "re-educated" and people snitched on their neighbours so they could get a pat on their head and called a "good Germain".

It certainly makes complete sense. I've never heard the term suicidal empathy, but it certainly describes our present situation in so many situations. Such bizzare behaviour, so foreign so odd. But I always say how I feel about out gov't. and how negative his effect has been on Canada. I'm really hoping once Trudeau the moron leaves office, we can all get back to making our living situation a bit more obtainable, at least know we will have Pierre P. as leader someone who will try to make life better for us rather than make life better for himself.

There was a reporter asking Toronto citizens about mass immigration and one dude responded with, "did the Natives have a say who could live in their country?" @@bboystance1670 You are right: no immigration laws back then, just negotiations, treaties, allegiances and agreements that were all violated thus continue to be addressed in the justice system (the newcomers set up) today. The new value systems and religious beliefs were imposed upon the Native peoples, just like what is largely happening today with mass immigration albeit in a different context.

It seems that we have been talking about the same thing for years about Trudeau needs to go , he has made it clear he won't go willingly , so we all need to take action to have him removed even if he is not willing
The number one salesman in the begining was The Diciple of Woke David Suzuki.
This. I recall in the 80s David Suzuki, and everyone else was pushing the Narrative of Native Canadians worshiping "Mother Earth" and how they were so environmentally in tune. I was actually working in the North with and around Natives....they were the most environmentally destructive dumping everything into their local lakes and they ignored trapping laws about visiting trap lines. The law was that you had to visit your trap lines at least every couple of days to prevent animals slowly dying in the trap. Saw quite a few trappers only visit their traps weekly or less.
I suspect this is why I became cynical about the social "Narrative"....although I didn't know what to call it back then.

I wouldn't call it "Suicidal Empathy", because that would imply people know they are destroying themselves. Quite a few of my friends and family have this "Suicidal Empathy". They are, for the moment, well off in that they have nice houses in nice locations free from the effects of mass migration, their government checks are still coming in. They have no real clue what tsunami is about to hit. For the moment, their virtuous pronouncements that they are in favour of the Liberals and high immigration is "Luxury Empathy", by the time they realize it was suicidal, it will be too late.
What a shame, Canada is such an amazing country, at least it was until Trudeau got his meaty little hands on us. He's been so destructive towards our country's growth. Uh, no. I grew up in the 60s/70s. Socialism was great. We had doctor's appointments on the SAME DAY. Surgery needed? No problem! Jobs? Plentiful! THEN, the corporations moved in; it was the late 80s. Mulroney, Reagan and Thatcher - the triumvirte of capitalists that changed the UK and Canada forever. And now, all parties are the same. Oh Canada!
As a Canadian, I wrestle with believing he was re-elected. Gangs of 6-8 “canvassers” did the rounds in my neighbourhood during the last election. Bullying tactics in my opinion. Snowboarding instructor/teacher shouldn’t be adequate qualifications to run a large Western country. I personally hope for Trump 2024, and Pollievre 2025 (or asap).

as a student in Italy, I was allowed to have an idea but I could not demand to be taken seriously . In Canada, everyone's opinion was sacrosanct because everyone had a right to an opinion. That is absurd! Now, those high school students expect to be right all the time and be immune to criticism. Students are confused with this absurd mixing of concepts and you get people in government who believe they are always right. The universities have failed students ultimately.
The problem is NOT that everyone is allowed to have an opinion. The problem is that opinions of others are suppressed /wiped-out. Then you’re left in an echo chamber of your own ideas and thoughts amplified by people that think exactly like you. Because if they don’t, you (or a helpful screening algorithm) will suppress them. In this reality of selective suppression and targeted amplification it is almost impossible for an untrained mind to even realized “you’ve been infected”.
Well, the proof is on the pudding. And the pudding is rancid. So yup something really bad is going on.

I’m a recent university graduate. I graduated from uni in Canada in 2005. During Covid I decided to go back and get some new skills while the world was shutting down and went to university again to complete a second degree. I can 100% verify that this is true about universities in Canada. One of my profs admitted to us he leans towards Marxist ideologies and at the time I didn’t think anything of it because I figured it’s just theory. Lots of theories are studied in university. I now realize that the whole system at that university was teaching it in various courses, even political science. If you don’t start to regurgitate it you won’t get good grades unfortunately.
