The first pilot was flying into a massive head wind. But they did a masterful job of balancing the approach of speed to distance.. the only way to slow the plane down, due to the extra lift was to point the nose down and use the drag created to decelerate the plane. All the way down into the ground effects. If the plane had ever got close to the edge of control, or they thought they might land short,could have been to raise the nose and take advantage of the wind to just go around. Great flying😮
In the first video most likely they were landing at a faster speed than normal (so the nose was further down) and i am guessing they did that because of variable wind speed that could cause them to stall.
That A350 braking is unreal. 13 secs between touch down and a full stop 😅
