This worked for me you know the email they say type it when you're trying the selfie video verification I tried it so many times with one email and I keep receiving the "your information couldn't be confirmed" so what I did was I changed the email to another one and tried the video verification again and they accepted it in one try . So I think you should not try the verification with same email so many times you've gave them. Try to change it to another one 😊. I didn't know how to explain this but I hope u understood what I mean 😅
