    Great video, with one correction. Page 9 of the instruction booklet will show you how to install pin end blades as well as plain end blades. In fact, there's a separate set of instructions for each type.

    Una consulta. Quiero cortar piezas de 4 cm. Es posible con esta Makita? No sufre mucho y se rompen las hojas? Gracias

      It should be possible, but for thicker wood, you will need to use a different blade, as it will put too much stress on the saw..

    What is the idea behind the 50w of power? You would think 300w minimum?

      Scrolling is more of an art form. Traditionally these machines were manual, well suited for small work. For heavier work other machines are there.

      Absolutely not!
      It’s specifically made for small woodworking projects.

      Throat size is 16 inches. Wood thickness of 50 mm/ 2 inches. However, thicker wood is not recommended as the machine is meant for small work.

      @@timberandtoast And what type of blade?

    • @timberandtoast
      @timberandtoast  4 месяца назад

      amzn.to/3SF1yAv it should depend on the thickness but these on high speed can give a finer cut.
      These spiral blades will work better for thinner sheets and intricate designs amzn.to/46KmlIL
      But these are pinless you will need an adapter to use them on Makita.
