I tried sending sth back and they wanted me to pay for it myself, which I refused. It was more cost efficient to sell the item. Since then I haven’t ordered from them again. Also, just today, one dress I had ordered around Christmas, ripped at the armpits. Not the seams ripped, but the actual fabric. Their stuff looks cute, but it’s not worth it for me anymore. Their customer service is also very rude and the last few times I had ordered IN STOCK items, it took them 3 months to even ship them to me.
I've bought two corsets from them last year and they have such an incredible quality. Unfortunately the sizing is a little bit tricky indeed. They recommended me size L, because I was between two sizes, but L was way too big. A few weeks later I've ordered a mystery bundle in Medium and the corset was way too small. My whole back is exposed when I try to wear it 😢
Hey, do you mind me asking how you are between 2 sizes because i have the same problem 😅 and maybe i can make a bit more of an educated guess with more info... For me my bust is M but my waist is L (in their chart) so im considering buying an L. But if you have similar sizing and an L was too big but in another piece M was too small maybe that's not worth the risk
I buy frequently from Lacemade, I'm a 10-12 in Uk sizes and I always go for a L in Lacemade (I've got a 30 inch waist) Personnally I always use the points you get when you buy because if you get to 2000 points you can redeem them and have 20 dollars off. You can also use gift card on top of that so it's a real bargain ! Great video 💖
Medusa dress looked great on you. Looks like the laces on top were looser than the bottom. It looked like a V on the back. That might be why it was loose in the bust.
