You have a very nice pantry! I have a large walk-in pantry too and a build-in pantry in our cabinets. I am starting to build a "prepper pantry". I am not going to have an extremely large stockpile but it's nice to be ready for emergencies and if I have the room, might as well. Have you ever thought of doing that now since you have lots of room?

Bread will store better in freezer. Like fresh when thawed. If your going to toast, try keeping in refrigerator it lasts longer.
