@@TheModelGuy : MicroSet dilutes acrylics, water with dishwashing liquid doesn't cause any damage. English isn't my langage, surely I'm not clear enough but in your own video you apply varnish before decal and not after, and thinner ruins decals if they're not protected, at least in my bad experiences.
Really nice video but it's a bit odd to watch it without you talking in the background or giving us a brief history of the aircraft you are building. I am glad that the formula of videos had changed and now videos are longer and with comment.
Can I send you my models to assemble? I have ogre hands and broke a couple pieces :) They're not nearly as intricate as what you do, relatively simple in comparison actually.
Build looks good. What a pain doing all that masking but it turned out so that's what counts. I noticed your airbrush seems to be clogging quite a bit. Do you use the Vallejo flow improver?
I use their thinner and the same issue happened on my Hurricane build. I checked my o-ring under a magnifying glass and noted that it had "feathered" if that makes sense? It's been replaced now and doesn't seem to be an issue. As for the masking I don't think their is another way to really get the RAM lines to look nice Appreciate the feedback from you
Check the vendor, it should be around $50.00 USD I believe. Amazon can have crazy mark-up if the vendor doesn't want to close the item down. That's why you'll see kits for $500+ dollars
Cool effect on the weathering ! Not too harsh just what it takes ! I really liked it ! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Just found your channel and I love your videos, keep up the good work!!!
crazy clean built. you are talented
Loved the sound of freedom at the very beginning
Soooo Soviet airshows are freedom?
I went to an airshow is July and they did a demonstration with an F-35. Including formation flying it with a P-51.
Brilliant job
Another great build from you, I don't know about all that masking.
100% worth it in the end. It would be longer brush painting it
Great work.
Great Job😃😎👍.
Thanks William!
So beautiful😍
love ur vids.. i only have 1 less positive critic: not enough vids!
Super nice!
AMAZING !!!!! 😲😃👌👏👏
Just subbed man! I thought I did already... 👊🙄
Thanks bud!
Very well done, what was the drying time for the oil wash?
I usually let it dry for a about 30 minutes before wiping it away
great video man by the way how did you fill the gap between parts? from 6:20
Vallejo Putty
No coat between decals and weathering ? Thinner normally attacks decals, have I missed something ?
I don't gloss before decals, only after. Check the newest vids!
@@TheModelGuy : 11'36", clear coat before decal, a std process anyway, but nothing after in this video. That's why I'm surprised.
You absolutely do not need to clear before decals. I've watched a video of Will Pattison putting thick Tamiya decals on a low grit piece of sandpaper.

Are you going to build TAMIYAS new F-35 lightning in 1/48 when it comes out?

RUclips nuked the music on this one.
MAD!
Is the mask set included ????
No I ordered it separately
@@TheModelGuy okay thank U

what solution did you use to get rid of the putty?
Ciao dove hai trovato gli adesivi da mettere sulle parti piccole?
Hello where did you find the stickers to put on the small parts?
I got the set from eBay.
@@TheModelGuy research how do I write?
maravilla! voy a hacer f35a de mengmodel,tambien
14:34 - you are using enamal thinner on acrylic paint without varnish?

Ah the dastardly O ring... that'll do it. Yes sometimes there's no other way to mask things only the hard way.
what putty did you use during the assemble?
Vallejo white putty. Since then I've been using Tamiya basic putty or epoxy putty for larger gaps
all that masking !!! woah !!!
so the GBU-53 can be hanged externally, interesting
They're being designed to also be used by other aircraft such as the F-16/F/A-18E as well. So it makes sense they can be hung on external hardpoints.
What is the ratio you are mentioning? Paint or thinner first?
Thinner first.
that plane is around $150 on amazon

Armament on the outside?
This would be a non-stralth strike config.

a comment for the algorithm.

Too less of final work... it’s a sad.
