@@mouseclicksforu9724 the rebate ended in 2022. Its not available anymore since the rules were changed. Basically, the batteries for EVs and PHEVs need to be produced in US now. There are state rebates but they are no where near the $7500 rebate.
@@MikeroWav3 I still have my 1st car and Ive put money in it at the bodyshop! Planning to keep my 2009 Ford Focus for a long time and I will save up for a better car at some point!
@@mouseclicksforu9724 I’m saving up too. It’s not worth it to me without the rebate but Toyota is building new battery plants in the US by 2025 so I think it will qualify again by then
