Been watching your channel since i was 7 when age of extinction was around the corner, i’m now 17 and still watching your genuine appreciation for these movies even if they aren’t the best. it feels more connecting when listening to someone else geek out about something that you love.
@@LJtheSouthernVegan Maybe it is a good thing, considering what rubbish Michael Bay put the franchise through. Maybe it should go back to just TV (or streaming these days), comics and toys. But I totally want to see sequels to this movie, so long as Bay keeps his grubby hands from them. This is an awesome movie.
@@user-zx9sy5yi3w I've noticed something with most modern reinterpretations of Transformers, their specialised skills. Mirage with his holographic cloaking box, others could teleport, have limited time travel... things like those. If they could in some way bring back the personality tech specs, with their abilities, strengths and weaknesses, it might revitalise it for the younger generation.
Just in time! Came out from my 2nd viewing of Transformers One. My overall score, rating & feelings still remain the same as in the first viewing: a perfect 10/10 for me. 😍😍
I was thinking about this. D16 says'he's done saving' Orion but ironically, I think its been Orion trying to save or lift up D16 the whole time from the beginning, even going so far as to have himself blown to smithereens to save D16 from himself and the horrible road he's running out of control down. Granted at first I was a bit annoyed with Orion arrogantly just assuming he knew what was good for hisfriend and putting him in situations he didnt really consent to, but I think he knew there was a point to it that deep down everyone deserves to live their full potential and get joy from that and you see in D's face esp in the Iacon race despite himself this what he's starting to experience. We can see that he truly cared for his wellbeing and that he innately knew he needed to loosen up and all the talk in the world wasnt going to work with him. And that we see from all previous or 'future' altercations between them or how Optimus interacts and lifts up others, he probably would never have stopped nor ever gotten sick of it. Hell even in fight to the death scenes he never pulls the trigger fast enough and would still always hesitate it used to drive me nuts. So anyway, yeah D, I guess he's going to have to stop saving your ass from yourself now that you've let him go and completely abandoned your blown apart, dying best friend into the dark abyss like garbage.
I liked it way better than Rotb & TF4 This film brought new fans & tried to give enjoyable fan service for all of us. 9/10 is solid score if u listen to the soundtrack, to voice acting, cogless toys 💀 I enjoyed it and I hope we see more hyper animated movies with these characters. The dynamic of leadership between optimism and fate within their sparks. The first trailer was a huge marketing mistake. That's to blame for the box office

I don't know if you know who Perspective End is on RUclips, but I have begun to agree with his take on Transformers One. While a very good movie, I agree with him that the character development from D-16 and Orion Pax to Megatron and Optimus Prime, respectively, was too abrupt and didn't have the time necessary to be fleshed out properly in a single movie, and the character arcs should've been carried at least into Transformers Two and possibly Transformers Three before their ultimate tranitions take place. There wasn't nearly enough time in a single day on Cybertron for D-16 and Orion Pax to transition from best friends who have each other's back no matter what to bitter enemies as the leaders of two opposing factions. It felt rushed to get them to the characters we know and love before they had a chance to really do the things necessary to become those characters.
Can you bring back your toy show? I would love to here your thoughts and opinions on new figures coming out like you did back in the day when the studio series line first came out.
Transformers: ONE is my new favourite all-time Transformers movie. I love that it makes me feel bad when Optimus and Megatron fight!

I loved it. 9/10. It could have made minor changes to make it better, but that is just nitpicking.

I felt like it was Dark of the moons main story as the B plot and Optimis and Megatron ad the main plot. But it works perfectly!
