I highly recommend that the marching 100 media team invest I a $269 zoom H6 stereo audio recorder to place on the 50 to capture the show’s audio. We simply cannot compete with the other HBCU band media teams by using what sounds like cell phone audio captured from the nose bleeds. I say this with the most love for the marching 100. Maybe the alumni can pitch in $2 a person or something, but the audio has to be more professional to be able to accurately capture the 100’s professional, polished sound.
