Perfect! Thank you Sifu! That cleared it up for me a great deal. Thanks for the response and time taken to respond. You're a true Master! Looking out for more videos!
Bueno Días. Maestro. Grasia por tu enseñanza. No entiendo. Tu lenguaje. Pero si en tiendo tu movimiento pero lo que megustariasaber es como jirarasia tras grasia maestro que Dios tebendiga
I don't have any special Iron Body training. I just do modern fight conditioning. There are some styles completely devoted to iron body, involving internal training and chi kung. You might try looking up "Iron Vest" or Shaolin "Golden Bell" training, it's another style of Iron Body training. Good luck, and thanks for watching!!!
Hi man thanks for the video your explanation is so easy to understand I did a couple of nice behind the back spins for the first time and that was great I am going to continue practice more but how do you stop from the staff to knock your legs out is there any measure I should take with the staff?
There are many things that could result in hitting the legs, the most common would be the angle of the staff. The spin sometimes angles in down at the legs because we angle the upper part out to avoid hitting the head. If it is held and spun, completely vertical it has a better chance of not hitting the legs. Let me know if it helps, or if you need more help, post a video and tag me so I can look at it.
Thank you so much for that video! I did this move wrong since I was 14 (I am now 41) and I couldn't figure out why the rotation stopped during the "pinky" section. Now I notice that you need to start rotating to the right, as soon as the pinky comes to the front, in order to change the rotational plane of the flower. Otherwise the staff rotates further and just lies on top of your forearm and the movement stops. Again, thank you! That video made my day :)
This video was for just a single part of the advanced spinning combination: ruclips.net/video/vJZg-E8vY6M/видео.html But you may also find this breakdown useful for when the staff is in front: ruclips.net/video/6foHx8cGedM/видео.htmlsi=Saz52n6QdX4FDk9E
Oh my god, it was that easy?! I thought you needed to do a full spin behind your back with your left, but all you do is bouncing the staff back after a half circle. Thank you, Sifu.
Your videos are awesome. Been trying to figure out what to do in the left hand, that is not klunky, for weeks. You detail the steps far better than any of the vid's I have seen. I appreciate that.
This has got to be one of the best demonstrations on how to do this out of all the videos out there right now. It just wasn’t working for me following the others’ techniques, it just wouldn’t click until this! Thank you so much! 🙏
Perfect!

...tnx for the vid sir.new subs. here😍
Какой красивый, обаятельный воин! Сохранила себе несколько видео-уроков для зарядки. Спасибо!
Just woke up early for school and saw your vid pop up.
How do you maintain balance when you shift to the other hand? Because the other hand is now gripping it a bit lower or higher right?
You have to make slight adjustments when exchanging the staff. A little slide will put the balanced center in the right spot.
Love your videos , thanx alot
Really really helpful tutorial! thank you very much!
nice one, ty!
I get confused on how and when to grab it with the right hand after bringing it back to the front hand
It' a thumb to thumb grab, with both palms facing down. It is better shown and explained in this video: ruclips.net/video/6foHx8cGedM/видео.html
Thank you so much for that video . Very nice
My pleasure!
Amazing!!!
Super grazie
I can't find bo staff community in my country. I am so sad
That is a bummer, at least we can all connect online!
Can you pls go slow on the front side, how to transfer from left to right.

Thank you bro, I'm new to bo staff and this was very helpful! I love how straight to the point and easy to follow the tutorial is :)
That was actually what was missing from the previous vid..this heleped a tone i finally got it.
How long is the staff
The one I use in this video is shorter than the usual staffs I use for training. You can do this technique with much longer staff lengths as well.
Thank you for this tutorial! I should be able to do this now with some practice 😊
